Our downtown condo is a short walk from the shops and gourmet restaurants of Downtown Traverse City, a stone's throw from the Tart Trail that takes you to the nearby marina and nature trails. This premier unit has a gorgeous unrestricted park view from the balconies. A pleasant drive outside the city takes you to the breathtaking golf courses the Summer Golf Capital of America has to offer. (Check out the TCgolfguide for the incredible golfing Traverse City has to offer.) Walk across the street to the beach and take a dip in Grand Traverse Bay. The spectacular color tour of the autumn canopy draws visitors in the Fall while the 35 plus wineries within a 30-minute drive are open year round. And don't forget the eight plus breweries and several distilleries around town to chose and sample from. Vacationers return with the snow to ski and snowboard at some of the Midwest's best ski resorts and TC always does the holidays up right.

When your day is done, rest in the 2 story condo, comfortably furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, all located in the upper level, along with a full bath. Beautiful tile floors in the kitchen, baths and foyer. Spacious living and dining areas are on the 1st level, with a fully-equipped kitchen and half bath.

Big 43" Samsung smart TV in living the area. Stream your own media or watch our live TV with plenty of movies and kids channels. No cable but we have 150+ streaming and aerial HDTV channels. Perfect Spot

The condo was very clean and comfortable but the highlight was the location. We were walking distance to the beach, entertainment and lots of great dining and shopping options. Communication was great and we'd be happy to stay there again in the future.
