Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath home on Lake Hartwell with covered dock. Located in Townville,
this listing has everything you need for your weekend at the lake. Beautiful kitchen with all new appliances includes a nine foot island to prep and serve your family with ease. The five bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of natural light. Master bedroom has a king size bed and seating area. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds, and bedroom 5 has a double bed and a twin size bed.
Oversized family room will lead you to a large screened in porch. Step downstairs to the deck to grill, before heading down the gentle path to the lake. Dock has a covered slip with a swim platform, with the option to park another boat next to it. The private cove allows swimming and playing without the traffic of the big lake. Want the big lake? It is minutes away on your boat! 15 minute boat ride to Clemson Marina and about 15 minutes to Portman Marina.
Oversized driveway will provide ample parking for you and your family. This is a great house for a large family or a couple families to share the cost.

This is a great house, we have stayed here twice and love it every time. What makes it even better are the owners. We came up right after the hurricane. Kathy and her husband went above and beyond to make our trip successful.

Excellent for Clemson game weekend!

Owners are so friendly, accommodating, and great communicators. They left us a welcome gift for each person who stayed! The home was so clean and spacious! About 25 min from Clemson. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for game days

We came up for the Clemson football game and had a great time. Kathy was very friendly and was quick to reply to messages. The house had everything, plenty of room and loved the openness of the layout. Very clean and inviting. We were surprised by welcome gifts from the owners which included a bday gift for our son. We will definitely be coming back next year during football!

Good weekend get away

We spent a week at the house, but it was not set up for more than a weekend. I had to contact VRBO for help getting the access code Friday afternoon after receiving the address earlier in the week. Other than the basics, if you needed it, you brought it. Example, no dishwasher detergent. The dock is old with rotted wood holes, worked but had to be careful where you stepped. The bedroom setup is strange with 2 bedrooms having to walk past the master to use the bath in the laundry room. Though we would have access to the garage as well, but not. Lots of parking!
