Welcome to our beautiful top-floor condominium with breathtaking views of the pool and Lake Norman. Just steps away from the North Harbor Club, Enjoy exquisite dining with a stunning waterfront ambiance. Nestled in a charming cove, you’re within walking distance to The Cottage wine bar and The Cabin cocktail bar, featuring live music on weekends.

A short 5-minute drive takes you to the quaint town of Davidson. Explore its eclectic mix of locally owned shops, galleries, and restaurants, all centered around The Village Green. This vibrant hub hosts annual events like the Concerts on the Green music series and serves as a venue for Davidson College's outdoor events.

Our condo features two comfortable bedrooms, with the master offering serene views of the lake and pool. Relax in the cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV or cook up a storm in the freshly remodeled kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances. Enjoy outdoor activities with nearby walking trails, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The condo includes one bathroom, with bath and pool towels provided. Utilities such as a washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a smart TV in the sitting room are all included.

We require a minimum 3-night stay, but exceptions can be made upon inquiry. Please note, pets are not allowed.

Lake Norman DelightOur stay was just perfect at this well appointed condo complete with homey touches and comfortable furnishings - just as pictured, very clean, and enhanced with a great cove view from the porch. The complex was very convenient to expressway, activities, and a charming downtown area to walk, shop, and eat. Communication with owner was timely and it was easy to access the unit. We will stay again if in the area and appreciate you sharing this lovely home.

Had a very nice, quiet stay while visiting Charlotte. Unit was very clean, beds comfortable and place was quiet.We had everything we needed and the pool was a nice bonus for us.

Repeat Stays!

Perfect for a couple or if you are traveling alone. I have stayed here several times and find it so convenient to everything. The only thing is that there isn't an elevator so if you have have trouble climbing stairs (4 flights), it could be tough.

Cute place. Kitchen is tiny but works well. View is more I-77 than Lake Norman, and there isn’t much of a walking path along the lake. But location is super convenient to downtown Davidson

Relaxing and Cozy

I really enjoyed this property and would love to stay again. It is beautifully decorated and convenient to the lake, restaurants and stores surrounding. This was a very convenient place to stay right off of the highway for my nephew and I. Tamara was very responsive and I appreciate that in a host!

I have always wanted to live on the lake. When exploring properties a few years ago, I knew this gem would fit all my needs. I fell in love with this condo the minute I walked through the door. It's so comfortable and the deck is an extension of living space which provides so much relaxation for the soul. It's very hard to describe, but the vibe in the community makes you feel like you are always on vacation. I have decided to host and share all the beauty this condominium offers.
