The home had everything we were looking for and more. It had a large clean pool and hot tub and plenty of open land around it for the kids to play volleyball, croquet, and chase each other with squirt guns. It also had a large pond with an island and 2 boats, a row boat and a paddle boat, that both saw a lot of use. It is situated on over 30 acres with no other house nearby, very quiet and peaceful. Functionally, everything and worked; aesthetically it needs some TLC. There were a lot weeds growing through the brick patios and pool deck and a lot of peeling paint. This did not impact our enjoyment of the property, but for the price we payed, I expected better. The host was very responsive. She met us when we checked and gave us a personal tour of the property. Would we rent it again? Yes, the positives far outweigh the negatives.
