Check in desk was closed early upon our arrival making check in a bit of a process because it was busy and only one security doing all check ins. Condo was beautiful! Would have loved if beach towels were provided and keypad entry instead of key cards would have been great. Communication was wonderful and the resort itself was amazing.

The unit was spacious and provided plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds and bathroom were clean. Be aware the large lagoon pool is not heated, it is the smaller pool.

I think some of the kitchen items could have been better quality, like the can opener.The floors were not clean, but we let host know and they are taking care of that. Coffee table was unstable and glass, we had a three year old with us. Dangerous One lounge chair on balcony had broken side on back and one chair was rusty and not good.Host was friendly. The pool was fun and clean.
