This brand new monthly rental property is available for an extended vacation, escaping the winter, or extended work trips to the Cape Canaveral area. Fully furnished with all amenities needed for a luxury home- away-from-home. Please reach out with any questions!

2nd bedroom: 1 twin that can pull out to a full king, desk/office chair
Bathroom: Full bath with walk-in shower
Living Room: Brand new 50-inch tv and plenty of lounging space
Kitchen/dining: Brand new kitchen with induction cooktop, motion sensing faucet, LG french door fridge, plenty of cabinet space, and seating for up to 6.

Dedicated parking included, with additional public parking adjacent to the condo.

Great Location

Wonderful place just steps away from the beach. We saw many launches from the beach. Nicely remodeled and very clean. We stayed for the month of January and enjoyed it very much. We will probably stay there again next year.
