Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our overall stay was ok but it could have been much better. Check in was not until after 5:00 pm as front desk said there was a shortage of people on the cleaning staff.When checking in the property manager mistook me for another owner’s relative and proceeded to reprimanded me for past due HOA fees which I knew nothing about and thought it was an invasion of privacy for that owner. When arriving at the unit, it was not very clean. The floors and rug were very sandy. The furniture and the rug in the living room were dirty and needed a deep cleaning or replacement. There were dead wood roaches behind the TV. Four lamps had dead light bulbs. The ceiling fans wobbled. The A/C did not work properly the entire time we were there. It would stop cooling in the afternoon, then restart later in the evening. It was reported to maintenance Three times and technician looked at it but did not fix the problem. The ROKU TV did not broadcast in HD nor did it fill the screen. There was no king size blanket for the master bed.
