Our stay was amazing. Jill was a great host. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with absolutely everything you need. Jill goes above and beyond most other rentals to provide everything you will need for a great stay, especially if you plan on cooking in during your trip. Location is fantastic and is a quick easy walk to Main St for eating and shopping. Close to gas, EV charging stations and grocery stores. We were here for a week to ski at Keystone over Christmas with our 4 college age kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. This is absolutely a 5-star rental. Would highly recommend and we are already planning to come back. Thank you Jill!

Loved this property and the care the host has clearly put into maintaining it. It was perfect for my family of five. Immediately after leaving, we were already looking forward to booking for next years holiday trip.

Perfect spot for active family

We really enjoyed the location…walking distance to adventure park and the marina. We were able to leave the car parked most of our stay just because things were close! The complex was quiet and there was enough room in the house for us to spread out a bit. All was accurate and it was so nice to have laundry, a gas grille, and storage space for our bikes. A great place in a wonderful town!

Very Updated Place

We stayed here for a month. The property is very updated with new appliances, remodeled bathrooms & kitchen. Three levels with upper floor containing master bedroom & bath, mid-level has the living area / kitchen / 1/2 bath and lower level has 2 bedrooms and bathroom with laundry.

Great stay!

Excellent location—close to shops, restaurants and recreation! Hosts were very responsive, and the condo had all we needed to accommodate a great stay. We appreciated a well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances, TVs in both living area and master bedroom, ample towels, and plenty of storage. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! Although we were a group of two, the owners have masterfully arranged the condo to comfortably accommodate several guests. Frisco has, and/or is close to, many outdoor adventures!

What a great place for a weekend getaway!

I booked this for my family and I for a short trip to Frisco to get that necessary dose of mountain air. What a fantastic place to stay! The place was super clean, easy check in and check out process, and the kitchen was FULLY STOCKED! My wife and I were blown away by how stocked the kitchen was in terms of cookware and spices, etc. First vacation rental we’ve had that was this conveniently stocked since we try to eat in house when on vacation. 10/10. We’ll be back for sure!

Outstanding! Highly recommend!

Stayed 4 nights with our 3 college age kids and sheepadoodle. Condo is beautifully decorated and highly organized with everything you could possibly need. It was a perfect home base for our hiking trip. Close to awesome trails including Quandry if you’re up for a 14er. Frisco is quaint with nice people. Loved Grecos pizza so ate there twice. Also loved the dog friendly Kenosha in Breck. The owner at A &A Pet Supply and Feed was wonderful to fit our pup with hiking shoes. Other activities available nearby are limitless including cycling, Lake Dillon, outlet shopping and more. This is a split level condo so would not be ideal for those who have problem with stairs. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bunk and desk. Bathroom with shower and washer/dryer are also on lower level. Main level is a few steps up when you walk in. It has lovely kitchen and living area with balcony/ grill as well as nice 1/2 bath. Between the kitchen bar and small table there is seating for 8 to dine. This area is not large but is comfortable for watching a movie or playing games. The third floor has master with balcony, comfy king bed and bathroom with a tub shower. Plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack. One parking space is reserved just several steps from the condo front door. There are other spaces available for overflow but not as close. The dog walk/potty area behind the condo is convenient. Would absolutely stay again!

We moved to Colorado from Michigan years ago to be near our son in Boulder. We started our Colorado adventure living in the Golden area enjoying all that it has to offer. The access to the mountains was easy and just out our door. With our love of snow skiing we decided to move to Frisco. Being near Lake Dillon, with our other passion being boating, and surrounded by beauty, made Frisco the perfect choice.

Why they chose this property

The mountain views, with hiking and biking just out the door. Also being able to walk to the beautiful, quaint town of Frisco.

What makes this property unique

This is our personal home for much of the year. Because of this, it is comfortably furnished, well stocked, and carefully maintained.
