Relax with the whole family in this cozy cottage! Located on a quiet road just a “stones throw” away from the historic Nubble Lighthouse and Dunne's Ice Cream it is the perfect beach escape. Enjoy Long Sands and Short Sands beach along with Short Sands downtown filled with classics like Fun-O-Rama Arcades, Bowling, York's Wild Kingdom and Zoo, Beach Bucket General Store, Candy Store and plenty of restaurants. When you are not at the beach this location offers a spacious yard to sit outside

House was very clean. Well stocked and a coffee bar. On a private gravel road so not much traffic and easy walking to nubble. Plenty of room for us to spread out in the house. Overall great stay.

Wonderful family vacation home!

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week and would have loved to have stayed longer! Allison is a wonderful host and is amazing to get along with and easy to get in contact with! All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion, the house was stocked with anything and everything you could think of! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of room! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a great time and the rental was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 5. Our priorities are space and AC. We have been vacationing every July in York for years and always spend the days at Long Sands. You can walk it (mile or so), drive and park, or drop off and just have one person make the walk by foot. The walk to Nubble Lighthouse, Fox’s and Ice Cream are all 5 minutes. The house was spacious with a good size dining room and a large side room. No AC on the side room, but the evenings cooled down for the most part and large windows all open.The host has some of the little details covered that make it easier. Things like coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, and bath towels were all supplied. We would definitely stay there again!
