About this property

It is difficult to imagine that you are only 3 Miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom. Emerald Island has a walking trail nestled in the heart of the community with 11 acres of natural woodland with a concrete pavement winding through it. This home has a south-facing pool for you sun-seekers looking for our Florida sunshine all day long!

Please note there is a $20 per car plus tax parking fee to be paid at the clubhouse for the entire stay (not per day).

Golf vacation

Annual golf vacation for an old group of friends from NJ. Location was great and property was very nice. Would consider it again maybe next year.

Annual golf get away

Six retired men from NJ down for our annual golf vacation week. Property centrally located and ample room for everyone. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Would consider staying in same property next year.

Birthday getaway

Excellent property. very clean. host was very prompt responding to us when we were having problems with our door code. any questions or concerns were promptly answered. overall exceptional experience snd would stay here again . our party of 4 adults and 6 kids had a nice stay here.

3rd yrs holiday in a row in Emerald Island😍

Communication with Richard and Jeanne was second to none. They are quick to respond to all queries and their welcome email gave lots of information about what activities and sights to see during our stay. The house is Huge and the neighbourhood is gorgeous- a beautiful place to walk around and feel safe to explore. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect after a long day at Disney! The kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils and the hosts left plenty of bin bags, loo roll, dishwasher and washing machine tablets for our use. There’s plenty of seating around the pool and the the late night dips in the pool and jacuzzi were a welcome change to the cold wet UK evenings we’d escaped from for 2 weeks. Thank you to our very kind and welcoming hosts. We hope to return to sunny Florida next year with friends 😊
