Wonderful outdoor space

This property has a wonderful outdoor space. It is dog friendly and has a dog play area. The pool and hot tub space are great. Easy access to beach makes morning walks easy.

The owner's daughter, Chelsea, had a rehearsal party on 10/10/2020 and it was AMAZING also! The food was catered on the Oceanfront, 2nd level, with awesome pool and ocean views! The pool area was an open bar set up and desserts were served on the 3rd level. You can't beat the number of restrooms, either, 8 full and 2 half! A fun fact about this home: The 3 murals in the top living room were beautifully painted to spell out Chelsea's full name! We can't wait to welcome you back for your first anniversary!

The week was cool for June but we had paid for the pool to be heated and it was a perfect temperature. My only complaint would be that some of the tvs on the 1st and 2nd floor didn't work. Adding the screen door on the porch was great! I do wish they could get grass in the dog play area, as our dogs won't potty on the rocks. Our favorite place for a vacation! Can't wait to stay there again! Everybody in our party, just had a wonderful time at the Good Life!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our mini family reunion of 11 really enjoyed our stay. There were a few problems that were addressed to our satisfaction. The location and amenities (pool/hot tub) were first rate. However,the dishwashers were not up to speed leaving mounds of water to wipe up when unloading. The kitchen was well stocked. The trash pick up and check out time directions contradicted themselves but we figured it out. I would stay here again!

Many, many emails and texts from the management company on details of checkin/checkout. Did not respond to texts, but did answer when called. Though the home was discounted for the offfseason, I hoped the home would have been a little better maintained.

Also there were no spices to cook with, not even salt or pepper. Also there was a roach in the master bedroom on the mail floor and another big roach in the master bathroom on the main floor.

We were a party of 13 and the dogs and had a wonderful time! Kitchen is well stocked! It was too cool too use the pool this time, but the hot tub was really nice! Would recommend the Good Life! We went on the Wild Horse Adventure tour, and saw lots of horses and two babies. Went on the Magic Bus and saw 8 bears! Went to Dirty Dicks and Jolly Rogers for dinner! Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Awesome House and location, one of our best vacations

A couple of small things, like, their isn't an outside door on the porch, which was challenging making sure the dogs didn't run out, when somebody went on the porch. And the laundry ( dirty bedding) was left in the elevator. We called the office, but it didn't end up getting picked up. But as a whole, everything was GREAT! Just love the house and can't wait to rent it again!

The house needs a thorough cleaning especially under the couches. Furniture, plumbing fixtures need replacement. Areas of the floor tile, on first floor, are covered with duct tape. The house needs updating. It's obvious no effort has been made to upkeep the house.

Big Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 18 (ages 2-70) stayed in this beautiful home last week. It was fabulous. Location could not be better and the beach was great. The house is very large and all of the beds extremely comfortable. So nice that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is the most well stocked we've seen. The two refrigerators, sinks, ovens, and dishwashers really came in handy. Lots to do within walking distance. The pier restaurant is a must, as is the pizza from the Lucky 12 right across the street. Only a few small maintenance issues which were quickly resolved. I can't say enough about this great property!

Big Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 18 (ages 2-70) stayed in this beautiful home last week. It was fabulous. Location could not be better and the beach was great. The house is very large and all of the beds extremely comfortable. So nice that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is the most well stocked we've seen. The two refrigerators, sinks, ovens, and dishwashers really came in handy. Lots to do within walking distance. The pier restaurant is a must, as is the pizza from the Lucky 12 right across the street. Only a few small maintenance issues which were quickly resolved. I can't say enough about this great property!

Beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great , the house was nice but needed some TLC , just little things like cupboard doors loose handles loose on pans and pots and pans needing replaced due to wear , the walkway to the beach needs some attention the wood was really worn and several steps loose and gates loose and difficult to open or close , several of the plastic lounge chairs in the pool area were broke , even with these few things we had an enjoyable stay and the weather was great the first week ( I had rented it for 2 weeks) then Florence came and cut out stay short , this rental was not cheap and should be in pristine shape .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are 2 Grandparents renting with our family There were 15 of us with food to refrigerate. One of the refrigerators doesn’t keep food cold. It works on and off and lets food get ruined and unsafe to eat. That refrigerator NEEDS to be replaced!! The hvac vents/filters need to be cleaned.We had a nice stay, but would never rent this house again with that faulty refrigerator.I would only recommend this property if I knew the bad refrigerator was replaced. Doesn’t stay cold or freeze ice
