Blue Marlin

Blue Marlin is a family friendly home with everything you'll need for an easy relaxing vacation away from home! We are in a cozy quiet area centrally located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Fl We are one and a half miles from Seaside. It is an easy bike ride or walk to restaurants, shopping and to the public beach access to our beautiful beach on 30A We also have some of the best golf courses! We have a king master and a master bathroom with a double shower with rainforest shower head, freestanding bathtub, double sinks and private water closet. We have a queen room also connected to a full bath and a bunk room with 4 queen bunks. upstairs with its own full bath. Our home sleeps 12. We have outdoor seating, a firepit, and table & chairs for dining outside in pretty weather. We look forward to hosting your next vacation.

Overall such a lovely place and plenty of space!! Me and my girls loved staying here and were super pleased with how accurate the listing was! The only thing to note was that we were unaware that there would be a carriage house with a couple or small family in it that we shared the driveway and pool with, but we had no issues with the guests that were there at the same time as us! We will definitely be coming back!

Best trip I’ve ever taken with my family. My two boys loved the pool after coming home from the beach. My wife and I love the house. Pictures don’t do it justice it’s beautiful and has everything a family could ever need for vacation. The host is amazing at responding and making sure everything goes smooth your entire stay. She also is so generous in giving families an umbrella and chairs to take to the beach each day. By far the best trip to 30A ever. We will be returning yearly to this home with our boys.

Absolutely perfect! Great location on a quiet street. We loved having a pool and outdoor fire pit. There was a couple in the guest house but we had no issues sharing the pool or parking with them. Loved having a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and plenty of storage for luggage, etc. Will definitely be staying here again.

The home is beautiful, a decent location, and excellent amenities. We appreciated the extra towels, beach chairs, and other thoughtful items provided for guests, which were some of the reasons we chose this property.Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the quality of the home. The floors and refrigerator, did not look as though they had been cleaned prior to us arriving. The home would really benefit from a thorough deep cleaning.We had an issue regarding no bikes that was handled very unprofessionally. Although we ultimately received a credit, we had to involve VRBO to get the issue resolved.

Great location! Has all the extras needed for the beach. The host was friendly and accommodating! Only wish list would be to get some better bikes that come with the rental.

Blue Marlin is awesome! Even better than the pictures! The 6 of us had plenty of room, and the girls loved the bunk room. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay during our trip to Florida last week. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, comfortable, and well cared for. The space was clean, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed to truly relax and enjoy our time away.The location was perfect and made getting around simple, whether we were out exploring or just enjoying quiet time at the property. It felt like a home away from home — comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we were hoping for.We’re so grateful for a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.
