Also, an electric fireplace will add warmth and aviance to those chilly evenings sitting by and a 43-inch flat-screen Smart TV with Direct TV. New laminate wood flooring throughout adds a modern touch to the space. Comfy swivel, rocker, recliner, massage chair to help unwind after a long day of activities. This beautiful ground-level condo/studio features a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Small dorm refrigerator and a seperate freezer same size. The dining area can comfortably seat four, perfect for hosting intimate dinners and gatherings.

The area boasts a pull-out queen sized sofa sleeper plus a queen sized Murphy bed, sleeps 4. The queen-sized Murphy bed can be pulled down for a comfortable night's sleep or lifted to go into the wall to make more room. Luxurious bamboo sheets. Two large closets and dresser provide plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom features a shower and jacuzzi tub combo, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The tile flooring adds a touch of elegance to the space. Outside, you will find seating both on the front porch and back balcony with stunning mountain views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

With new flooring and recent renovations, this space is sure to impress. The vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans add to the spacious and airy feel of the condo/studio. No air conditioning. With easy access to the freeway, you'll have no trouble getting around town.

Vacay getaway

This was a nice efficient space for a couple for a little getaway. We had the small kitchen facilities for basic eating when we wanted, the TV and electric fireplace. Good bathroom. Nice scenery, and easy to find based on directions provided. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great condo with one exception

This studio (@400sq ft) unit is a new listing at Tamarron. It is a standard setup with a Murphy bed in the living room. It is a very peaceful setting where you are intermixed with other renters and full time homeowners. Great location. Pros: Well appointed Nice quite deck Super internet Directv included Good kitchen for a studio Cons: Refrigerator is for a college dorm size And the big one. This is a great unit for the fall, winter and spring. That being said, it does NOT have an Air conditioner. A swamp cooler the size of a loaf of bread sitting on the clothes dresser does not count. It got quite warm in the 92 degree afternoons.
