We enjoyed our week long stay at LUXE MTN Retreat. The house is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the view is fantastic. There is close by food to go at Oso Hambre food truck and Fuego Pizza food truck. If you get a chance eat at The Shaggy Sheep in Grant.The house was in a good location as a base for our mountain excursions and close enough to Denver for the guest in our party to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the views in this lovely home! All our needs were met plus some yummy snacks which we absolutely needed on our mountain treks! Hot tub was much needed after a long hike! I enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings! And Bailey definitely had a flavor all its own! Enjoyed 2 Dads on the River for a tasty meal! This is a great share!

The best view I have ever seen from a balcony or hot tub. I was impressed how secluded this was, especially considering it is only approximately an hour to denver and 30 minutes to a good sized city. Clean place with lots of amenities.

Amazing Views!

The house was beautifully decorated & looked just like the pictures. The views of the mountains from the back deck were our favorite part. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again if in the area.

This was a very nice new home with great Mountain View’s. However, the hot tub is located behind the property and therefore only used once due to the inconvenience. The pictures don’t indicate where it’s located, but I felt the angle of the picture makes it seem as though it’s up high, as if on a deck (in my opinion). Also, no TV’s in bedrooms which would have been nice to relax and unwind to. Otherwise, great stay!

Very well laid out floor plan. Plenty of room for 3 couples with private space. The extra 1/2 bath is very well planned for anyone upstairs. You are able to live stream football games with ease. The outdoor space is very peaceful and a short drive from the city. The town of Bailey has indoor outdoor restaurants to enjoy the beauty of the river & outdoors.

Nice Location

The property was very nice. The water in the hot tub was slightly green when we arrived. There was a rental the day before we arrived. The property owner states that they have it inspected once a week to make sure the chemicals are good. We purchased the optional accidental insurance just for piece of mind. Once we left the property owner messaged me that we damaged the water in the hot tub and we were going to be charged for replacement. I suggested to the property owner to inspect prior to each renter so other wouldn’t be charged for someone else’s disregard for following the hot tub rules. Property was nice but the owner interaction was not. Would not recommend!

We loved our stay at Pinetain! The house was clean and comfortable and offers all the amenities you need! The views are incredible from pretty much everywhere in the house and the hot tub was a nice addition for evening relaxation. It was just me and my wife but you could comfortably accommodate a family or a few couples here too. The host has put together a great list of things to do and restaurants to try as well. We checked out the Brookside-McCurdy trail that they recommended and it was lovely. Definitely recommend a stay here!
