The house was very well designed and maintained. I was very comfortable there and enjoyed the neighborhood/location. So much better than a hotel!!The host was easily accessible by message when I needed. Easy to check in and I felt comfortable at once. Thank you!
Kim's house is terrific, perfect for our needs. Stayed four days moving our daughter out of Wake Forest and spent some time in the area. The house is convenient to everything and is in a quiet area. Our second time staying here and we always look to see if it’s available for our trips here.
After a long car ride Kim’s home was a perfect place to rest. The home is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The home is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We’ve put it in our favorites for the next time we visit Winston-Salem.
Kim’s home was exactly as described and was above expectations. Very comfortable house and after a long day, it felt like coming home! To me, that is the best thing you can say about a “short-term home rental”. Great location, communication, and all! It was just wonderful and looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!
My brother and I were in Winston-Salem to care for our mother. The property was convenient to the hospital and allowed us to relax after multiple busy days. The host provided EVERYTHING. I highly recommend this property for your visit. It is now our home away from home.
We came down to surprise family that lives in the area and had a very comfortable stay! Kimberly has a very clean, safe, and welcoming place and we will definitely reach out to her again for future visits!
The house was amazing, set up perfectly for our travel needs. The comfort was just like home. We have plan on returning for a longer stay! Loved the experience!

Thanks for your kind words Ronald! We strive to make our guests feel at home and so glad you were pleased with your stay. We would love to host you again!
I spoke to Kim on the phone twice and she was so kind and helpful! I needed help with the thermostat and she was able to operate it remotely no problem. Beds were very comfortable, clean and cozy home, and checkout was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The home was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want was there. The kitchen had everything and every spice imaginable. The bed was super comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very quite and peaceful. The house was very well equipped. Kimberly was great to work with. I was there for work, and stayed in the Kim's house for 12 days, and plan on returning in the middle of April. I am scheduling my stay around when Kim's house is available
Very clean and roomy. Has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. The back patio area was great too! Grilled steaks and enjoyed coffee while listening to the birds.
Great property that suited our needs perfectly. Clean, quiet and a responsive host. Spacious living area with large screen TV, nice sitting area outside; couldn't ask for anything more. Hope it's available for future trips.
