Newly-renovated 4 Bedroom beach house all to yourself and just a short walk (<2 minutes) from a beautiful sand beach! Seabrook Beach was just ranked 37th nationally by Family Destinations Guide's “Top 100 Hidden Beaches in the USA” - Come explore for yourself!


"Lynch Cottage" has been family owned for two generations and is the ideal place to experience a relaxing coastal vacation. The property boasts a large corner lot yard with an outdoor shower, grill, and spacious deck with enough furniture for all guests and easy summer living!


Inside you can find a sunny upstairs space with a large master bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony, a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Downstairs includes another full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, a spacious living room including a queen pullout sofa, a spacious dining room that can fit all ten guests, and a kitchen with all new appliances and a breakfast bar and stools. Linens (sheets and towels) can be included for an extra fee of $100.


In addition to the relatively private Seabrook Beach, there are numerous local favorites within a mile radius including Markey's Lobster Pool, Brown's Lobster Pound, and the Tuna Striker. The house is also a short 5 minute drive from Hampton Beach which includes numerous restaurants, shops, and activities. If you're looking for other activities in Seabrook you're in luck - there are an abundance of local options including deep sea fishing, surfing lessons, kayak rentals, and more!


With high speed internet, YouTube TV (which includes basic and local channels), a laundry room, and a desk including a monitor, this house is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative, or beach getaway with family and friends.


The house offers window AC units, central heat, all major kitchen appliances, up to four driveway parking spots, and an outdoor patio area perfect for relaxing, grilling, and outdoor dining.


The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove/oven, toaster, dishwasher, and full fridge/freezer.

We had a lovely stay! Communicating with owners was simple, fast, and they always made sure our stay was as comfortable as they could make it. The house is great, we spent so many great family moments around the gigantic dining room, in the cozy living room, or in the nice outdoor patio. Proximity to the beach is ideal, and the beach itself is gorgeous! Would highly recommend :)

Wonderful family vacation

7 adults and 2 kids spent 4 nights here over Labor Day and didn’t have any complaints! The kitchen was stocked, location was perfect-such a quick jaunt to the beach, plenty of space indoors and outdoors for all of us. Hosts communicated super quick and were always so helpful. Will definitely return!

Just perfect….

My family had the best, most comfortable stay in this beautiful house with the cutest yard and back deck to relax on.. The location is perfect.. Beach was so much better than the crowded Hampton Beach but close enough to take a quick 5 minute drive in the evening to enjoy the boardwalk and festivities in the evening .. We absolutely loved our stay and are already hoping to book for next year.. Thank you so much…

Great beach cottage in a fantastic location

My family and I had a great week at this seabrook cottage. You could tell it had been recently renovated and lots of details were thought out. The beds were super comfortable and window ACs kept us very comfortable all week. The location of about 4 houses away from beautiful Seabrook beach was ideal. We also loved the outdoor shower. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. Highly recommend this house.

Very nice spacious beach house

We had terrible weather and could not go to beach. But it was just a quick walk to the beach. Loved the home. It was great. Only drawback very close to a busy road.

Great beach location!

A few hundred feet to the beautiful ocean makes this home a great beach getaway. There were 10 of us. The home sleeps 10 with 8 in beds and 2 on a pull out couch. Bring extra bath towels (only 8 included), beach towels and you’ll need all shower toiletries.

Beach Cottage

It was awesome. So close to the beach. We walked there in under 2 minutes. The owners responded so quickly. The inside was just as nice as the outside. Plenty of room inside and outside. Very relaxing. Restaurants were nearby and stores were about 15 minutes away. Will definitely be back in the future.

BEST Beach house ever!

Overall, this house and location could not be better! Very short walk to the beach, beach access is at the very end of the road, very convenient! Extremely comfortable beds, pillows, comforters, linens, towels, etc, top notch, even the hand soap they provided smells amazing! They had everything you needed! And if they didn't, they were easily accessible and willing to provide and accommodate, if I had a question, they were very quick to respond! Very...very nice and helpful people, you can tell that they really want you and your family to enjoy their place and have a wonderful vacation. There was a lovely note with a bottle of wine waiting for me upon my arrival!!! Now that's going the extra mile!! The dining table was huge and so nice that everyone could fit at the same table! The most amazing was after being in the hot sun all day and coming back to a house with AC...Ohhhh.. nothing like it! They outdid themselves and put an AC in every bedroom and the living room. I have yet to rent a beach house with all AC's everywhere, until now. And as a bonus, you also have the outdoor shower! I have rented a house from Seabrook beach for the last 15 years and probably will look no further, once you stay here, you will have no want for anywhere else! I will definitely be coming back and look forward to making more memories here with my family! Thank you for being such a great host and looking forward to returning next year!! Pam
