This brand new home waterfront home on Pamlico Sound, in Salvo, NC is perfect for multigenerational families! The home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and an elevator, making it easy for everyone to get around. There is a large living space and kitchen with plenty of room to relax and entertain. There are 4 king ensuite bedrooms, 1 standard twin (total 2 beds) ensuite, and 1 bunkroom with 4 full beds inlaid into the wall. This home comfortably sleep 14 guests. The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Private Hot Tub on the bedroom floor level with sweeping views of the Pamlico Sound.

The home is just a short walk to the ocean beaches and the Salvo Day use area. There is also easy driving access parking if you choose to drive to the beach. For a little more adventure, It is also conveniently located close to NC ORV ramps, so you can take advantage of beach driving (4x4 and 4WD permit required) on OBX beaches. Black Dog Harbor is a family-friendly community offering amenities that include free kayaks, a fishing pier, a gazebo, cornhole, and a boat ramp. You can also bring your own boat or jet skies.

At the end of the day, relax in the hot tub and take in breathtaking sunsets over the Pamlico Sound.

Well-behaved Adult dogs (maximum of two) are welcome with payment of non-refundable pet fee ($250 per dog, per stay). No puppies - meaning no dogs under 1 year.

Endless sunsets and a marvelous common space on the upper level has all you’ll need to have a large family hang out. Very new and clean. Large kitchen had all we needed.

Amazing House!

One of the best properties you could find anywhere on OBX. Fantastic location with the best views of the sound and sunset, quick walk to the beach, free access to kayaks from a few steps away. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, while watching the sunset :) Very nicely equipped with decent quality pots and pans and serveware, nespresso machine and all. The 10 ft (or so?) custom dining table was to die for! All rooms as well as the common areas were tastefully decorated, very clean and enjoyable. Kids loved their built in bunkbeds. The sound system is much appreciated! We did not get to use the hottub, but totally would with a longer trip. Even the neighbors in the community were super nice and helpful. The communication throughout was also very prompt and curteous. If you see the house available, I'd say jump on the opportunity, you won't regret it!
