I can't say enough about how perfect this location is within Annapolis. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do. Plus, it was adorable! We were very impressed and would definitely stay again.

The place was great! Don communicated well and had everything ready for our arrival. In terms of keeping all of Annapolis walkable, this property is hard to beat. If we ever need to stay in the heart of Annapolis again, we'll book this unit.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. The place is extremely comfortable and clean and well maintained. The host is extremely easy to reach and responds quickly. We had absolutely no problems.. Could not be more convenient to the naval Academy. The kitchen worked beautifully. And best of all there’s a parking spot to the side of the house. We will try to stay here every time we visit our son at the Naval Academy.

The property was perfect for my husband and me. We were even able to make dinner for our mid and a couple of buddies. We couldn’t find any dish towels, hot pads, or can opener but everything else we needed was there. We loved the location, cleanliness and charm. The parking spot was icing on the cake!

Close to everything!

Perfect spot if you want to be close to downtown Annapolis and be able to walk. Small but nice, loved hearing the 8 am music from the Naval Academy.

This place is wonderful for a couple! It’s steps away from restaurants, bars and shops! It’s walking distance to the Naval Academy and perfect amount of space for 2 people! Don is a wonderful host and was quick to reply with any questions or concerns! The parking spot was an incredible addition. Parking isn’t the easiest thing in Annapolis and to have a designated spot was magical!

Location and charm!

Made this reservation 1.5 years ago due to its uniqueness and location. Want that Annapolis charm feel? This is it! Modernized throughout, we were very comfortable during our 4 day stay. Don is a great communicator. We look forward to staying in this property again in the future.
