Had a great stay for a long weekend visiting the Lake Placid area. The location was very convenient to town and very close access to the Rail Trail. The apartment was clean and cozy and well-appointed with amenities. Great place to stay to explore the area, would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Little Pinecone exceeded our expectations. It’s clean, cozy, and comfortable, and includes everything you need. The beautiful strawberry hydrangeas left upon arrival was such a lovely surprise! Thank you for sharing your lovely “home” and we look forward to returning in the future.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Peaceful place. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and sipping coffee watching birds and feeling the cool breeze. Within minutes to downtown and less than half an hour to other great sites. Thank you, Peter.

What a fantastic stay. Brian was super responsive and the property was amazing! Everything I needed was there and in the places I would think to look. It was so clean and comfortable, I felt right at home. Great walk to downtown and super close to the rail trail. I can’t say enough good things about this property and Brian as a host!
