BEDROOMS
Our thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer comfort and relaxation for everyone in your group.

On the 1st floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed, inviting you to sink into its plushness and experience a well-deserved rest after a day of adventure.

Heading up to the 2nd floor, you'll discover two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts two full over full bunk beds, perfect for the younger members of your party or those who prefer a playful and inviting sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom on this floor offers a serene ambiance, complete with a king bed that promises a comfortable and inviting sleeping experience throughout your stay.

In addition to the bedrooms, the 2nd floor also features a versatile game room/loft area. Here, you'll find a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping space for additional guests. Whether it's used for relaxation or as an additional sleeping area, this space offers flexibility and convenience.

HOT TUB
Indulge in pure relaxation in our private, brand-new 6-seater hot tub. Immerse yourself in the soothing warmth as the jets melt away your cares. Treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation experience during your stay with us.

CONSTRUCTION
Please be aware that there is currently active construction in the vicinity as other cabins are being completed. This may result in occasional construction noise or dust in the area. To compensate for any inconvenience caused, we have discounted the price accordingly. We apologize for any noise or inconvenience you may experience during your stay. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing our property.

PETS
The cabin is great for dogs! We allow up to 2 dogs, with a pet fee of $75 for every 2 dogs.

Parking is at a slight grade, we recommend using your parking brake. Three cars can comfortably park in front of the cabin. Please do not park on the grass as there are buried utilities.

SECURITY FEATURES
We have an exterior camera on-site for security purposes.

DAMAGE WAIVER
While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog.

The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out.

Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
We understand you may have questions about our cleaning fee, so let us shed some light on its purpose. It's not just a number; it reflects our commitment to immaculate cleanliness and fair treatment of our cleaning team.

The cleaning fee primarily supports our cleaners with living wages, empowering them to thrive in today's economy. We believe in respecting their hard work, which directly translates into the quality of your stay.

Beyond cleanliness, we're dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless. We're on call to address any issues promptly, guaranteeing your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the cleaning fee isn't for profit. It directly supports fair compensation for our cleaners and includes a unique damage coverage policy, providing added protection for both you and our property.
