Ocean Dream Spacious Studio on Collins Ave by the Beach and Boardwalk

Ocean Dream is located on Collins Ave in the Faena District, just across the street from the beach and the famous Miami Beach boardwalk: you only have to cross the street to enjoy a romantic sunset or a morning jog!
The condo is few blocks away from the iconic Fontainebleau Resort and only a fifteen minute walk from Lincoln Rd, the famous open air shopping center. Lots of interesting places around: from small neighborhood markets and eateries to very expensive restaurants. Luxury hotels, in the area, offer amazing night life and dining experiences.
The Studio was designed to create a comfortable homey environment for our guest: it features an alcove bedroom, closets, a renovated bathroom with walk in shower. In the living room area you will enjoy, for your moment of relax, a LED TV, comfortable full size sleeper sofa, a very stylish round table with four chairs and a well equipped kitchen with every amenity you may need if you decide to have a home cooked meal: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete set of flatware, chinaware, wine glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
You will also enjoy A/C, ceiling fans, free WIFI, beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Super easy to explore Miami Beach, with the FREE Blue Trolley system that stops right in front of the apartment.
Miami Airport shuttle stops one short block away.
Deco Bikes Rentals one block away at 35th Street
Miami Beach is notoriously difficult for car traffic and parking. If you arrive with the car, we suggest to leave your car in a garage and use the Free transportation provided by the city. We recommend the Municipal Garage G6, walking distance and only $8 per day

Great apartment, Perfect location

We booked the apartment for our three night stay in Miami. It was in a perfect location in not too busy an area, and we could walk to all the areas we wanted including South Beach. The apartment felt very secure and provided all we needed for our stay.

Central Location

Close to convenience store and restaurants. Good option for single, couple or budget for family with two small children. BTW, my advice is do not rent a car if you are staying on Miami Beach. The traffic is terrible. I almost did, but I saved a pant load by taking Uber and Lyft instead.

I only stayed 4 nights and the weather wasn't the best. The location is great loved the boardwalk and how close it was to the beach. I felt safe when walking which was important to me. The place is as described easy to check in. the host was quick to respond to questions and made sure I had all the information to check in.

Great launching spot for Miami Beach

Located in mid-beach, literally steps from the beach, we had nearly all we needed to make a home away from home this winter! We were able to prepare easy dinners, relax, lay out a yoga mat and access the various spots in Miami Beach from our location. With trolley and bus stops nearby, bike share, and our feet we got around just fine. We rented a car for a couple of days and used the parking lot about 15 min away for 8 a night to park. The owner was responsive and when we had a need for maintenance she got someone out within a few hours.

Lovely Apartment in Collins Ave.

The apartment was exactly as described: stylish, comfortable and superclean with great customer service. The lady that let us in also provided maid services for a small fee: well worth it ! We didn't have a car, but we didn't miss it: taxi across the street and buses around the corner. We really enjoyed the place and recommended to our friends.

Apartment is just as advertised and the host instructions were super helpful. Beach chair and umbrella were perfect for accessing the beach virtually across the street. Trolley stops one block away to get to SOBE. Great spot for what I needed! Thanks!

Awesome spot, close to beach and many places. Owner is awesome, coffee pot was broken and they immediately replaced it. The beach items to use were so helpful. We left a cooler to add to the other items. We definitely want to come back, thanks for letting use your spot for the week.

Very well situated

One minute from the beach. Free trolley service just steps away. Very good, affordable restaurant next door to our building. We wanted to visit the Art Deco area of South Beach but without the inconvenience of nightlife. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Good soundproofing. My only suggestion would be to have more facecloths and dishtowels at our disposal.

Perfect in every way

Just returned from and great stay in Miami. Everything about this condo is just as described. Clean, safe and well taken care of. Everything you need for a day at the beach is included. Plenty of closet/storage space. Susanna is very helpful and is quick to respond to all questions. Location is perfect! Beach is steps away and all the excitement of SoBe is just down the road if that's your thing.

Enjoy Miami Beach!

Excellent location at Miami Beach. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the condo and we fully enjoyed that part. Great pickup spot for bus tours as well as they were able to pick us from the condo itself. The only flip part is the old building with the smell outside of the apartment coming typically from older dwelling but otherwise it is very good. The elevator was not working while we stayed but hopefully it should be fine soon. All in all, we enjoyed thoroughly and would grab the chance to come back and stay once again whenever we can!

Two people on a three-day stay

Nice clean updated apartment enough for two people. Kitchen had coffee/tea/sweeteners. Bathroom had shampoo/conditioner/soap/toothbrush/toothpaste. In case you want to pack light, you can limit those items. We felt secured since you’ll need two codes for two doors to access apartment. Cross the street, walk a tiny bit and there’s the beach! Nice boardwalk to walk also. Convenience store, restaurant, trolley stop close by. I will definitely stay here again. Property manager communicates well and reachable whenever you need any information.

Worst VRBO EVER

Arrived weary, diabetic husband fighting insulin shock, and property had not been cleaned! Owner was obtuse and escalated to abusive. She threatened to refund our money and Street us because WE were aggravated! We walked to a market while property was cleaned. Spent more than weekly groceries on coffee and other essentials only to discover that the property already had much of it. Communication was abhorrent. Owner insisted WiFi directions were correct but I used the router configuration to connect. First night, we didn't sleep, finally physically removed light bulb so fan could run without light. Rug on floor is dangerous. It curls in one corner and we tripped over it multiple times daily. Corners, cabinets, etc were filthy. I could go on. Owner did not communicate that shower essentials were provided so we hauled unnecessarily. No place to dry wet clothes or towels. Instructed to remove trash but after a building search trash receptacle but couldn't locate. Positives, location, nice shower, and mattress. Been using VRBO before it became a thing. NEVER had an ungrateful, insensitive and abusive Owner. We loved our vacation but the VRBO was a downer we had to overcome. We believe we have some money that should be refunded. Happy to discuss further but not with owner.

I apologized for the property not been ready at your arrival, as I tried to explained, before you start screaming at me and my stuff, the housekeeper was involved in a car accident and was unable to be there on time. I offered you to give you a total refund. You screamed and cursed some more. In my email I mentioned (copy & paste) that "the apartment is equipped with bathroom and kitchen supply" The WiFi information were CORRECT and you use it for the rest of your stay. By the way, you didn't have to break my ceiling fan to get the light out: the remote control was right next to the bed. You left the apartment in deplorable condition. I have many 5 star reviews praising the cleanliness of the apartment and my interactions with my guests. Without lowering myself to your level, I must say that, in 6 years of vacation rentals, you were the dirtiest and nastiest person I even met.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this cute studio apartment. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. There was water and oranges for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. There is also a laundry room in the basement if you need to do a load. We enjoyed the restaurant right next door (Tavern). The only downside was the elevator did not work and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There was also a lot of road construction on the street outside of the apartment, so it got quite loud early in the morning.

The apartment is beautiful and accommodates really well.

The apartment is absolutely worth every penny. You are getting a steal. Susanna is more than accommodating and the beach is a really close walk. The only reason it’s getting a 4 star rating is the noise at night. Future guests might want to bring earplugs. Other than that we will definitely be recommending Ocean Dream to others.

Great Vacation

The Ocean Dream is a very cute place to stay with everything that you will need. Loved the way it was decorated, it was very clean, and had everything that we needed. We truly loved our stay and would recommend this place. If I had to mention any suggestions; I would say it would have been nice for some seating, patio set, patio furniture in the front of this building. It would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the street view and have a coffee or drink outside. Also, It wasn't a issue for us but the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator was not working. Overall this place is really nice and good location. Loved it!!

Perfect start in the vacation

My family and I started our 6 week trip in this top apartment on Collins Ave north beach. We have a one year old daughter and as we arrived a little bed was already done for her. The flat is on the third floor but is not a problem as a lift is available. In the flat you can find available everything you need. In the kitchen there is a big refrigerator, all kitchen stuff is there for cooking whatever you want. Having a baby it was for us very important! Normal towels, beach towels, sun umbrella and beach chairs are also available. The position is also very good, not directly on the chaotic south beach side but you can easily and quickly reach Ocean Drive and Lincoln road either by foot on the beach promenade or by trolley (gratis) or by bus. We enjoyed the beach just 2 minutes walk from the flat. Ah, the parking slot in front of the house was also precious for us. We would highly reccomend this place for your stay in Miami Beach!!!
