Private Salt Water Pool! 4Bd-3Ba, Elevator, 5 Decks, Ocean views,150yds to Beach

Our Tybee Island home is perfect for family/friends gatherings, only 150 yards to the Beach! It is decorated with beach fun in mind and features 4 bedrooms /3 bathrooms, a very Private Salt-System Heated Pool (Optional Heating All Year Round! - additional charges may apply), and an Elevator for making luggage and groceries a breeze! The main level house plan is a full open floor plan, kitchen, living room and dining area are all open areas for a better connection with family/friends around you. Our family room has a plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat, 3 club chairs and has a 65” Sony LED TV with surround sound. The kitchen is well-equipped with just about anything you can think of from basic items like a toaster, toaster oven, blender to unique items like a panini maker. There are 5 decks/balconies on which to enjoy reading, relaxing, or a nap in the hammock. Rooftop deck has great views of the ocean as well as views of surrounding Tybee with seating of 10 Adirondack chairs.
Middle deck has 2 double/queen size chaise lounge chairs for plenty of relaxing as well as 2 Adirondack chairs.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed, 19” TV with DVD player, and a full bath connected to the hall. Upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed and large bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate shower. Bedroom three upstairs features a queen-size bed, TV & DVD player, and connecting full bath. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds along with a TV & DVD player.

The pool is a large (12’ x 27’) salt water pool with a heat pump system.. The shallow end has a “Splash Area” (about 6” deep) for smaller children or anyone wanting to sunbathe while keeping cool that includes 2 water chairs. There are Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, a 9' picnic table, a fun lifeguard chair for the "lifeguards" at heart, as well as, a gas grill provided. We recently added a gas firepit by the pool for doing s’mores or having a glass of wine while relaxing. You’ll also find a screened in living room with sofa, outdoor TV and several chairs with a refrigerator for close by refreshments while you relax by the pool.

We offer many extras you might not find in just another beach house. For instance, we provide a 2 beach carts, 10 beach chairs, 10+beach towels, unlimited sand toys, boogie boards and an umbrella for your use. We also provide, for those with a baby, an array of complimentary baby items: including a pack n play, highchair, portable booster seats, potty chair, toddler bed gate, 2 baby gates for stairs, and stroller to make your traveling a little lighter!

For your convenience we have lists of restaurants, places to go, bike & golf cart rentals and things to see on Tybee Island to make your planning just a little easier. Also remember that historic Savannah is just 20 minutes away!
