We stayed in the cabin for two nights for family vacation. The location was fantastic, close to the beach, downtown and grocery store. Bedding was comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking meals.

Excellent cabin. Beautiful and walking distance to our favorite beach - Moon Dunes.The host provided not only a nice place to stay, but also nice recommendations around the area. We ate at the Italian place nearby and did the newer tahoe trail at their suggestion - both were excellent. If you're cooking, there were plenty of pots etc but be sure to bring your own oil, seasonings, etc.Full bath upstairs and downstairs. Preferred the downstairs shower bc it was roomier.The bear fence was a little scary at first, but we got the hang of it right away.Nice neighbors, too!

Comfortable and Welcoming for families

Our family, including our parents, enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay at Stacey’s place during our vacation. The home was comfortable, and its location was ideal—close to all the activities we wanted to experience. Stacey was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late checkout upon request.The house was well maintained and fully equipped with plenty of utensils. Both our parents and children had a fantastic time. We also appreciated the friendly neighbors, who made our stay even more enjoyable with pleasant conversations. We’ll definitely prioritize Stacey’s place for our next trip to Tahoe!

Kitchen is well stocked for at home meals, fridge was spotless. I would give the cabin five stars if there hadn't been a problem with the gas fireplace and the lighting in the living room was better - no way to dim the extremely bright floor lamps, and no overhead lighting at all. Access to a BBQ would be a plus. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbor with sweet dog, Barney. The property manager is super helpful & attentive, responding quickly to our queries. As a bonus, some nice bird watching from the deck!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin in Tahoe City! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed—Stacey was incredibly communicative and attentive, offering thoughtful suggestions for places to visit that really enhanced our trip. One of the sweetest touches was the treat she left for our dog—such a kind gesture that made us feel right at home.The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Northstar Resort. The neighborhood is peaceful and ideal for dog walks, which we loved. Inside, the cabin was spotless, warm, and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking, baking, and relaxing after a day out. This place truly had all the comforts of home and then some. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Worked well for us to relax and to explore Tahoe. Upstairs fire alarm started beeping so we took out the battery which needs to be replaced. You may have some type of critter in your downstairs bathroom wall or vent. We put the packages received inside.
