The Cottage is centrally-located, newly remodeled in 2023. Close to so much in Central Florida: minutes to New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach or Disney & the attractions. Mt Dora, just 10 minutes! Apopka Amphitheater Recreation Complex, Renniger's Antique Mall, Rock Springs Kelly Park, King's Landing and Neighborhood Lake West Trailhead Bike Trails, Camp Challenge are within a few miles.
2 spacious bedrooms, 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, each with their own full bathroom.
Relax on ONE level with free, OFF STREET covered parking.
The space
Welcome to The Mt. Plymouth Cottage, entirely on one level, peaceful & quiet. Grocery store 3 mile, 1 min. Fully renovated in 2023, just 5 miles outside of Mt. Dora. Reclining theater style couch will make watching the Smart Roku TV just the spot after a day at the beach or shopping the many stores of downtown Mt. Dora.
Bar stools at the counter make for a convenient work space, as does the desk in the bedroom with High Speed Quantim Fiber Internet.
The kitchen has what you need if you desire to cook. French Press, Drip, and Keurig are available with complimentary Kcups, creamer. sweetness for your coffee. Free washer & dryer are conveniently just off the kitchen, inside AC.
One queen bed and one King bed each with their own full bathroom with luxury towels & shower supplies. Black out blinds convenient for sleeping in.
Though I love my dog, The Cottage is pet free. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me as a host.
Children are welcome. Pack n Play & infant changing table are here for your convenience.Parents, please note that the house is NOT baby proofed. Please supervise.
Games and books are for your use. Take a book...leave a book.
The Ring doorbell is actively recording. A security camera is located above the driveway.

Great place!

The property was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The entire home was clean and well appointed. The large yard was peaceful and the aroma of the jasmine in the yard was heavenly! I highly recommend this home and will definitely come back again!

Family time!

My 90 year old Mother & I stayed at the cottage while visiting my daughter & her family. We were only 1.5 miles from them which made it convenient to have the kids over. Everything we needed was provided & it's a beautiful little space. We enjoyed a listening to the rain while sitting on the enclosed back deck. Judy is awesome to work with!

Why they chose this property

Mt. Plymouth is an up and coming historical city. Quiet and filled with nature, the large backyard can be enjoyed by day or star gazing at night is incredible! We are near Mt.Dora featuring some of the most delicious restaurants, craft fairs, yearly events and yes, PICKLEBALL. Renniger's Giant Flea Market and Kelly Springs, King's Landing are within a few miles. Emerald Cut is one of the most desirable, beautiful spring runs!
Southern Oaks Farm, home of harness racing training, is around the bend.
A triangle of 40 miles can take you to New Smyrna Beach, the attractions or Ocala, yet you can stay in an environment free of the hustle of traffic. Come see! Hopefully you will be one of the many returning guests. Stay for a week or months. It's a gem!
