Located directly on the sand in beautiful Treasure Island and just over the John's Pass bridge, this resort offers a perfect place to spend your Florida vacation. With only 40 privately owned condominiums, the South Beach Resort is a small, very modern and upscale building giving you the comfort and privacy that is so hard to find, and makes for such a wonderful stay.

Two bathrooms complete the layout, with one directly off the Master bedroom, and one centrally located in the condo. There are flat-screen TV's in each bedroom, as well as a large flat-screen with DVD player in the living room. Free high-speed WiFi internet service is available for your use, as well as a full selection of cable TV channels for your entertainment.



At the resort, you'll enjoy the year-round heated pool, beautifully landscaped grounds complete with a couple of beach hammocks for those extra-lazy moments, shuffleboard courts, BBQ grills, a table-tennis area, and of course, the warm inviting soft-sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

What an amazing stay, the view was incredible, the amenities were beyond what was expected, and the communication with Itrip was great. Being the corner unit, there wasn't much for noise and made for great views, and they had beach toys, loungers, an umbrella and floaties for the kids at the beach, and also provided a pack and play, which meant less that we had to pack! I can't wait to go back!

The beach view was wonderful! The white beach and blue water view was just perfect! The condo was a bit dated, but very clean and had all the features listed. I would definitely recommend it.

Location was ideal, close to the beach and to all the things you could need for the stay. Condo had everything right there, we only needed to get food! Was nice being in an end unit, it was quiet and quite private. The unit itself could use some major updates and TLC, and a deep clean. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside so it didn’t impact us too much. Was priced right for what it was.

Great location and quiet for a condo. Pool was warm and the beach is a short walk across the sand. We did find that there were 3 beach chairs in the closet, along with some toys for the sand. We left behind a couple things for the next family as well :)Also, a 10-minute walk in either direction out the front door will get you to a multitude of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops!

Loved the view. We felt like the place was in need of updating and TLC. The cleanliness of the bathroom floors was terrible. The corners appeared to have black mold. Seemed like everything was at the bare minimum. The back bath door wouldn’t close. No important instructions available in the condo so be sure to note the code to get inside after 6. The pool is beginning to show wear and tear. I stepped on a random piece of concrete covering a hole. Nice and warm, however! I didn’t feel like the price was any less expensive to make it worthwhile.

The person that I spoke to and text with was incredible. Any question I had I immediately got an answer. The condo was very nice The View was beautiful I really don't have much to say about it other than it was everything that the advertisement said that it was. This is the second verbal in Florida that we used the first one was a bit smaller this was nice because it had the second bedroom. Walking distance to everything. We had a very nice time and hope to be back.
