This family friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is less than a 2-minute walk from the beach entrance and is the perfect location to un-wind and relax from the everyday stress of the world.
This updated one-story house is the third house from the beach, less than a 2-minute walk to the water but still in sight of the ocean with plenty of ground-level parking in the quiet residential neighborhood of Bid-A-Wee Beach. The 2500-foot private beach frontage has five gated entrances with boardwalks and benches allowing you to enjoy the untouched natural dunes, the sugar-white sands, the emerald-blue ocean and beautiful sunsets.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of space for you to relax and the ROKU enabled televisions give you almost unlimited television viewing opportunities when you are not at the beach. The large master suite features a king-size bed, a sitting area and a work area. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds for the kids. The main living space features plenty of comfortable seating with a large flat-screen television. The fully equipped kitchen offers lots of dinnerware and cooking equipment to meet your needs for an extended stay. A separate breakfast bar is perfect for that early morning coffee. The outdoor space has a gated privacy fence with a picnic table and umbrella and a gas-fired barbeque grill for your private outdoor dining. There are beach chairs and boogie boards for use at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand.
The house is conveniently located less than two miles from Pier Park - the area's premier shopping and dining location. Many area attractions are nearby such as Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World as well as 30A's quaint restaurants and shops. If you are traveling to the area for sport, festival or concert events, we are the perfect location: Frank Brown Park - 3 miles (5-minute drive) Panama City Beach Sports Complex - 6 miles (10-minute drive) Aaron Bessant Park - 2 miles (5-minute drive) We also have a motion-activated security cameras at the front door, carport and back yard for your safety.

Property was very very clean and well supplied with everything needed for a beach vacation. The location is great. Very short walk to the PRIVATE beach. Quiet and friendly neighbor hood. Short drive to Pier Park and to Wal Mart LOL
She calls me when I am almost there and informs me that there is a bad smell in the house and she will fix after I leave no mention of a discount. She would watch through a camera that was in the driveway and send text messages. She calls after the trip and says there is sand in house and I informed her that the water outside doesn’t work and she gives me a lecture about not calling her. The house was mostly ok but the owner made it a bad experience.

As usual, there are always two sides to every story. On the day this guest was due to check-in, I was advised by my cleaners that there was a smell in the house. As a courtesy, I advised the guest. The guest did not report any smell. Cameras are placed on the outside of the hose for security and are monitored periodically. When it was discovered that the guest had taken the inside couch cushions outside to sit on the front porch, I texted him requesting that they not do that. I make a concerted effort to keep in touch with my guests during their stay to be able to respond to any problems. However, when the guests don't inform me of an issue until after they checkout, obviously I am unable to resolve them during their stay. As noted in the review, there were no issues with the house, its cleanliness or condition.
