The Boathouse at Labrador Landing is where waterfront charm of a bygone era meets quintessential luxury of today. Built in the 1800s, the Boathouse is a rare piece of Provincetown history. The Boathouse offers the ultimate in luxury Provincetown waterfront accommodations. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and incomparable water views from your large private deck or take a swim in the bay from your deck or launch a kayak available for your personal use. One of the few cottages remaining in town that is cantilevered over the water, you’ll feel like you’re on a ship while you enjoy unobstructed water views and the sound of the waves lapping gently beneath the deck. The boathouse is equipped with heat and air conditioning. It offers a beautiful living area with sliding doors facing the water, large decks on two sides enclosed by a charming picket fence (one deck private, one huge deck shared with the adjacent one bedroom cottage), designer kitchen and bathroom, a queen sized bedroom with curtained glass doors which allows views of the water or offers complete privacy. Decorated by a local designer and beautifully appointed furnishings, flat panel TV, integrated sound throughout, high speed internet, washer/dryer and custom made counter height dining table and stools. Well appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove and cappuccino machine. Outside gas grill, outdoor shower, cushioned Adirondack chairs, market umbrella and a magnificent teak table which seats 6 for outdoor dining or entertaining. On site parking for one car, and a 10 minute walk to town make The Boathouse a magical Provincetown vacation experience from beginning to end.

We love this place so much that I wish we could keep it a secret! There's so much to say about this beautiful spot, but you just have to experience it for yourself. To anyone who books for their first time here - you absolutely will not regret it. This is one of the best places you can stay out here in Provincetown.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! It was perfect in everyway. The kitchen was well-equipped and made meal prep easy and fun. We brought our Golden Retriever with us, and stepped out on to the beach with him everyday. The best part was watching the high tide come in 2x a day and lap up to the house. Provincetown Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay very much. The waterfront views were beautiful each day. The boat house was clean, well equipped and cozy. We picked it because we were looking for a dog friendly place directly on the water. We had direct access to the dog friendly beach, a private parking space and short walking distances to restaurants and Commercial street.

Quiet West End location with a private enclosed deck and direct beach access. The layout of the condo feels comfortable and spacious, and maximizes the unbelievable view of the sun rising and setting over the bay. Can’t wait to stay again!

Labrador Landing is the prettiest spot in PTown. Lynn was great and handled the leaking water heater by putting us up at another wonderful property. Everything was perfect. We live PTown and have been vacationing there for many years. Sooooo dog friendly! Thanks Lynn!

We love everything about this little cottage/boathouse - it's beautifully designed, both inside and out; it has everything you need, and best of all is its location - right on the bay, with a private deck and gorgeous views. Lyn, the host, is incredibly thoughtful, responsible, and responsive - even proactive! - She reached out to us to make sure we felt comfortable in the face of a looming cyclone/tropical storm, and she even offered to house us elsewhere to ride it out, if we didn't feel safe. We stayed put, and were happy and perfectly fine, as was the property. But as a host, she went over the top to take care of us and make sure we had a great time. We did! We've already booked for next year!

This.Place.Is.Gorgeous.

We’ve been coming to Ptown for many many years and we have to say this was our favorite place ever. Ever. Perfectly designed and decorated. Incredibly well-appointed kitchen. The attention to detail in this place is very much appreciated. The private deck will make you want to never leave. The adjacent shared deck will invite you to enjoy time with your neighbors staying in the cottage next door. (We had lovely neighbors and made great new friends.) Kayak from the deck with ease. High tide comes right up under the deck and the sound of the water lapping under the deck and the smell of salt air permeating your senses combine for a mesmerizing experience. High quality deck umbrella to escape the heat if necessary. Very romantic place. Toast your spouse/partner on the deck watching the sunset. Marvel at the sunrise with your nespresso. Get a reservation at Sal’s Place for dinner on the deck just down the street (for your best dinner in Ptown). Also just down the street is Relish for morning pastries and delicious sandwiches for your lunch on the deck or your picnic at the beach (bike to boys beach or take the long point shuttle for a beautiful time). If tea dance is your thing it is very close by. The quiet and charm of the west end makes for a very relaxing trip. Host communication was perfect. Check in was effortless. Excellent wi-Fi and cable. I can’t say enough. If you can’t have a beautiful relaxing week at this place, I am concerned for you. Book now. Enjoy!

Best view of the harbour

Although tiny, the location and view can't be beaten. We packed lightly knowing there was a washer and dryer in the unit but the washer wasn't working which was disappointing. We needed to take time to wait for the repair guy (who never showed up) and eventually had to do our laundry elsewhere. The property manager was traveling but the backup manager was very responsive and accommodating. Other than the laundry issue, this was a wonderful place to stay.

This was a beautifully designed, gorgeous cottage right on the bay with a spectacular view! The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and her thoughtful and tasteful attention to every detail is apparent in the kitchen amenities, the dishware, supplies, and the decor throughout the boathouse and the deck. Beautiful boathouse on the water, with a private deck. Beautifully decorated with everything you could need! Perfect location in the West End, close to everything but private and tucked away. Excellent for traveling with a water-loving dog! Even has an outdoor shower/washing area.
