Excellent property, excellent beach access, and priority customer service.

Our family traveled from Knoxville, TN (9.5 hr drive). Upon arrival, the condo was clean, well organized, and was ready for our family to occupy for the week. Eric the owner, communicated regularly, replaced the beach wagon with a new one and even brought us a cheese grater my wife requested. I'd highly recommend this beach cottage and would definitely go again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 7. Eric was great with any questions and communication regarding the property. The pool was great. The condo was right on the beach and access could not have been any easier. The condo itself had comfy beds, pillows, adequate towels, beach accessories including toys, chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc. We would definitely stay again. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Property itself felt safe and location was close to many places to drive to. Highly recommend Kera’s Pizza if you like Greek food and fresh amazing pizza. Cannot wait to return back to sunny Florida.

The owner droped off an extra umbrella and a couple of chairs on the day of my check-in. 4 adults, 5 kids and an infant. There is a new Aldi's right up the road for groceries. Owner had plenty of condiments and coffee. He checked with me halfway through my stay to ask if we needed anything. Plenty of space. Views were great! Everything turned out fantastically. I would 100% return and recommend Eric & Jen as a host for future stays! Thank you both for sharing your wonderful condo!

Eric is so personable and truly wants to make sure everything is to your expectations. Had a great month at this property and its exactly as pictured with exception of new high quality outdoor seating which was a great addition. Ample parking, and close to everything you'd want to explore while traveling. Pool was great and of course ocean view amazing.

This unit was absolutely incredible. Beautiful ocean view with pelicans flying by every few minutes and dolphins swimming by every morning. The unit was clean and had lots of extra amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon and cooler and suntan lotion. Everything we needed for a wonderful weekend away. Would highly recommend!!!

Our family would highly recommend staying at this condo. It was filled with amenities, very clean and comfortable, with great access to the beach. Balcony had great views of the sunsets. The owners were also wonderful to interact with. Top notch property and we will stay here again in the future!

We had a great time in Indian Shores! The home was great, spacious, clean, close to a lot of restaurants, seconds from the beach, and the ocean view was beautiful. We paid to have the beach chairs with umbrellas, 40 for the whole day is pretty reasonable. They’re also right next to a bird sanctuary which my kids loved, it was pretty cool! We had a really great time and would absolutely come back again! Highly recommend this property! I think my only complaint which has nothing to do with the owner specifically was the lack of shade by the pool. There are only a few tables with umbrellas and lots of spots to lay out.

We had a fantastic stay! From the time of booking through checkout, the owners were available for communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything for a fun stay including beach towels, pool noodles, coffee, and every type of kitchen utensil we needed. We will definitely stay here again!!!

A great family place

The owners were always very responsive, and the place was just as nice as we had hoped. We could go from beach to pool as much as we wanted and the kids love that.

Excellent location if you’re looking to stay between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The unit was one of the most well-appointed we’ve experienced across numerous VRBO stays around the world—thoughtful details, well stocked, and very comfortable. Convenient access to great local restaurants and everyday amenities, with multiple notable beaches just a short drive away. A car is recommended for this location, and made getting around easy. We highly recommend this unit and proprietor.

Winter Getaway

My wife loved this place!! This property was extra clean and had a good view of the pool and gulf. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Beautifully decorated and we will definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation.

They had all the kid and family friendly amenities necessary for us to enjoy our family vacation. The place was so beautiful and clean. There was plenty of places to sleep and enough room to have a little privacy during a multi family vacation. The location is so convenient for easy access to the beach and pool.

Perfect Family Vacation

Everything at Beach Cottage met or exceeded our expectations! The unit was beautiful and well supplied with everything we needed for our family vacation! Gorgeous sunsets and great access to the pool and beach. Our host was wonderful and checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! We will not hesitate to book again!!
