This beach cottage is amazing! The location is perfect. It’s on a quiet street at the top of the strip near the Ashworth. The inside is completely redone with an amazing air conditioner. Basically everything you need for a perfect vacation. If you have kids, this is the perfect spot and the owner even includes beach gear. We will definitely be back!

This location has no equal in Hampton Beach. Quiet Street. Minutes' walk to the local scene and the beach. Come to enjoy the fireworks on Wednesdays all summer, the Hampton Strip and the restaurants and music at the casino or the Seafood Fest and much more. Carefree beach living with parking off the street for 2 cars.
