The place was great, clean, and perfect amount of space for 2 people, and the bed was actually comfortable. We were only a 2 min walk from town and near everything. Our host was super nice. Highly recommend

Elliot's place couldn't be better located, it's very well situated near the action of New Hope but still quiet enough for relaxation. The space is small but not cramped and has all you need. The upstairs bedroom and bath are comfortable. If a second sleeping option is needed it is a couch not a pullout sofa bed, we managed fine. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you Elliot for your kindness.

If you're looking for a nice couple's getaway in the New Hope/Lambertville area, this place is a great choice. It's small, but very clean and cozy and big enough for two, and has all the normal amenities. The price is excellent compared to other options in the heart of New Hope, and the location is fantastic. It's only about a 3-block walk to Main Street, so it's easy to make stops back at HQ to drop off shopping bags, change clothes, etc. The host was very friendly and responsive, replied quickly, and even had a little coffee table booklet made up regarding some history of the property and nearby area for those interested in the local history. The shared backyard is huge and backs up to the Aquetong Creek for nice relaxing by the water, and the New Hope Railroad rolls by a few times a day, which is fun. The shower's big enough that my broad 6' 5" frame had plenty of room (which is always a risk for me when we get a rental place). The kitchenette's small & limited, but we knew that going in from the photos—and honestly, you're not going to New Hope to stay home and cook meals, with all the fantastic places to try in the surrounding blocks. It's still good enough to make small meals and reheat leftovers, make tea/coffee, all the basic functions, and there's a lot of room in the fridge & freezer. Comes with a parking pass for a nearby lot (which you have to display in your car, which is a thing I screwed up and didn't realize until we were leaving). Overall cozy little place.

It was great! Would have loved TV on 2nd Floor bedroom and shower head was a bit tricky. It was super cute, quiet, and I slept great. Those stairs were a bit daunting but I do think you warned about that in the listing.

Perfect location! Quiet setting with modern amenities while also keeping with the historic charm of the area. Loved that we could walk everywhere in town very easily and were also a short drive to local area attractions. Awesome experience. Elliot was extremely responsive and friendly. Relaxing and fun

We had a relaxing and fun 3-day mini-vacation in New Hope. The house we rented was quaint, comfortable, and really conveniently close to all the restaurants, shops, and walking trails. We had a wonderful time!
