WE DO NOT RENT FOR SENIOR WEEK. This property is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed. Sorry for any inconvenience.

FREE WIFI. FREE parking for 2 cars. Extra can park for free on streets nearby.

New direct bay front condo with custom-designer decorated. Large gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar and stools, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and a beautiful color palette throughout. Large dining area with hand-painted wall mural. 50' hdtv in the living room with views of the bay. Three large, well appointed bedrooms, all with cable, flat screen tv's and ceiling fans. Crown molding and dental trim throughout. Large master bedroom with direct bay views and master bathroom with double vanity, and glass shower. The second br faces toward the ocean and has 2 full beds, closet, and hdtv. Third br also faces the ocean, with a closet, one queen bed, one single bed, hdtv, and access to the second bath. The property is 1,800 square feet, located between 10th & 11th streets on the bay side. The unit is on the 4th floor of 5 with double-length water front balcony, providing year-round expansive & unobstructed perpetual panoramic bay views and stunning sunsets. The balcony is fully furnished to allow you to relax watching the boats running about on the bay. Enjoy breakfast or having cocktails and watching sunset on the full length balcony !!! This luxurious property is just a short walk to the world famous OCMD beach & board walk. This perfect location provides you with both the peace and quiet of a bay front setting and easy access to ocean city's exciting beach, board walk, and downtown area. With this unit also comes the use of outdoor pool, fishing pier, elevator, and 2 parking spaces. You can walk to the beach, board walk, restaurants, attractions, mini golf, and amusements. Next to the White Marlin pier.

Great place!

We stayed here for a weekend with another family and it fit our needs perfectly. The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect because it was close to the boardwalk, but still calm and quiet. Not to mention one of the most gorgeous views of the bay!

This was a great unit that was far enough away from traffic to be quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything and a short walk to the . This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Views from the balcony were wonderful. A very relaxing place to spend some time. Week Long Family Trip

Overall, when picking out a place we chose this one due to the pool, and we are glad we did. The place overall was nice and spacious for 9 people (3 kids, 6 adults). Being on the bay i think was the best part for us, as sitting on the balcony and enjoying the boats was perfect. Highly recommend the stay!!
