This elegantly appointed private 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom suite is located on the second floor of the the main lodge with your own private entrance, elevated private deck, private hot tub and gorgeous views of the property and lake. Watch the deer and the other wildlife forage, go for a kayak ride on Lake Flower with our free tandem kayaks or paddle boats. Take a short leisurely stroll into town to one of the many restaurants or pubs. Lake Placid is only 9 miles away for more great restaurants and shopping. Relaxing little spot in the woods. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, paddling, and evenings in the hot tub. Close to town including restaurants and conveniences. Many beautiful locations to hike nearby.

Great spot for an active couple

We stayed at the lodge in July. We brought our own kayaks and left at the shoreline. We had a couple excursions paddling past the locks one day, and the next day to to the island in Kiwassa Lake for lunch, fishing and a swim.Location is close enough to walk into town for dinner and shopping. My husband enjoyed a rainbow trout at the RiverTrail beer works. Host was on property and available to help us.

Excellent stay. Apt is very nice. All was clean and ready for us upon arrival. They provided extra towels as requested. And very generous with offering help and enjoying his dock and kayaks. Perfectly manageable walk into town but there is a fully functioning kitchen if you prefer to eat at home. Loved the grill and hot tub!

Nice warm cabin on a cold rainy day

Stayed here with my wife on our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Very nice place with an authentic Adirondack feel. Rained every day, so we spent a lot of time in front of the toasty fireplace or in the hot tub. Highly recommended.

A beautiful getaway in a town full of wonderful people!

My fiancé and I went away for a long weekend to celebrate his birthday! We throughly enjoyed our accommodations and our hosts were the absolute kindest and helpful. The suite was beautiful and comfortable. The town was a great mix of places to go and eat or shop. We are most definitely interested in going back again!!!

This place was a dream. So clean and cozy. It was close to town but far enough away to feel like I was actually away. The hot tub was an incredible way to start and end the day. I will definitely be back!

A Winter Wonderland!

An absolutely beautiful and serene setting. The rental was clean and had all the conveniences you could want. The hot tub was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Will definitely be back again.

Magical Adirondack Getaway

We had a phenomenal time staying on lake flower. The suite was super cozy, the area was beautiful and the view incredible. The hosts couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend this suite to anyone looking to have an amazing stay in Saranac Lake. Even our dog gave it two paws up!

Another Perfect Stay

Our second stay here. We were in a cabin the last time and decided to try out the apartment in the lodge this time. They did a wonderful job renovating this and we had every amenity. They had an awesome drip coffee maker, filters provided, just bring your grounds. Walter met us upon arrival and, as always, is a great wealth of knowledge for activities, restaurants, etc. Saranac Lake is one of our favorite places and his property is in the best location. We’ll be back!
