Watch the deer and the other wildlife forage, go for a kayak ride on Lake Flower with our free tandem kayaks or paddle boats. Take a short leisurely stroll into town to one of the many restaurants or pubs. Lake Placid is only 9 miles away for more great restaurants and shopping. A beautiful getaway in a town full of wonderful people!

My fiancé and I went away for a long weekend to celebrate his birthday! We throughly enjoyed our accommodations and our hosts were the absolute kindest and helpful. The suite was beautiful and comfortable. The town was a great mix of places to go and eat or shop. We are most definitely interested in going back again!!!

Self care vacation

This place was a dream. So clean and cozy. It was close to town but far enough away to feel like I was actually away. The hot tub was an incredible way to start and end the day. I will definitely be back!

A Winter Wonderland!

An absolutely beautiful and serene setting. The rental was clean and had all the conveniences you could want. The hot tub was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Will definitely be back again.

Magical Adirondack Getaway

We had a phenomenal time staying on lake flower. The suite was super cozy, the area was beautiful and the view incredible. The hosts couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend this suite to anyone looking to have an amazing stay in Saranac Lake. Even our dog gave it two paws up!

Cozy stay

Great little getaway close to Lake Placid. Was the perfect place to lay low and hide out. Only downside was the walls/ceiling are very thin you can hear everything.

Another Perfect Stay

Our second stay here. We were in a cabin the last time and decided to try out the apartment in the lodge this time. They did a wonderful job renovating this and we had every amenity. They had an awesome drip coffee maker, filters provided, just bring your grounds. Walter met us upon arrival and, as always, is a great wealth of knowledge for activities, restaurants, etc. Saranac Lake is one of our favorite places and his property is in the best location. We’ll be back!

Super Cute Birch Suit

The property manger was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for Ironman weekend and he gave great recommendations for restaurants based off my race prep needs. The decor was just adorable and comfy, plus the hot tub was the cherry on the top for relaxing before and after the race.

Perfect

Lovely suite. Everything new and very clean. Enjoyed using the hot tub after our hikes. Location is perfect - close to the hikes we were interested in (Saranac 6) and close to several restaurants. Beautiful property! The owners residence is being refurbished so the front looks like it's under construction but it didn't impact the suite or us in any way. Had a short tour of the owner's residence - gorgeous but a lot left to do. Looking forward to coming back when it's done and finishing the rest of the Saranac 6.

just ok for our purpose

there was no mention of the construction going on to the entire building - our little unit and the manager's unit were the only ones livable. Lake front was true but overrated for April and our purpose of observing the solar eclipse. It was unsuitable for observing the eclipse. Bobby, the manager (owner?) was mostly unavailable by phone for an urgent question though very accommodating when we did speak. Email or phone provided disappointing and slow methods of communication.

Bobby was an excellent host. He knew we would be arriving late and sent photos of our parking space and suite so that we knew we were in the right place. He went the extra mile to ensure our anniversary weekend was truly special. The suite was spotless, the bed was comfy and the hot tub super clean. The floating dock was perfect for mid evening drinks. Perfect place to spend a vaction.

Beautiful and very comfortable one bedroom with private hot tub and dock. Bobby was kindly accommodating of an early check in and very helpful with acclimating us to the suite. You can easily walk to Main Street in Saranac and it's the perfect location for day trips to Placid and Whiteface. We would happily return to the Birch Suite!

Nice get away

Our stay was a very nice short, relaxing get away. We enjoyed the paddle boat, coffee on the water front dock, the fire pit and of course the quaint cabin.
