The house was wonderful! It was incredibly clean and welcoming. The living area was so cozy, and it was perfect for our family Christmas. The host brought us a beautiful Christmas tree that was the cherry on top. We LOVE Kansas City, and we have stayed in many houses...this was the best!
Our large group was very comfortable in this home. Beds were great and shared spaces were good for hanging out, cooking, dining, playing games. Communication with manager was excellent. Location was very convenient. Nearby park was lovely. Safe area, no issues.
Had a fantastic stay at this house for a Chiefs game weekend! The location was perfect—close to the stadium and great restaurants/bars. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen for tailgating prep to comfy bedrooms for relaxing after the game. The host was responsive and made check-in/out easy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone attending a game or exploring the area!
Our group of 12 traveled down to Kansas City for a concert and found this property to accommodate everyone in our party. It was a perfect house with plenty of room and in the center of everything we wanted to see and do while in the area. The host was amazing and I would highly recommend this property for larger groups.

Thank you for your kind and honest words. We look forward to future visits.
The host was very good with communication. The house was clean and worked well with our group of 10. The house does need some work: broken floor board in the kitchen/dining room area. Several broken or cracked glasses. Limited on silverware and coffee mugs. The front of the house also needs some work!
The house itself was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone, but the surrounding area wasn’t great. If it had just been us girls staying, I would have felt a little uneasy. Several houses across the street were boarded up

Thank you for you stay. The houses acrossed the street are being renovated and the city requires the plywood on open windows being replaced. We actually live next door to the house you stayed in.

Location is not ideal
My group of 6 colleagues (all women) booked this house because the hotel where our conference was taking place was over booked. The house itself was just OK. Our biggest issue with this property is the location. This is not really in a good part of town. Yes, it’s very close to a cute historic neighborhood + Country Club Plaza, but the house is still on the border of a bad area. Every Uber we took, the driver basically had the same unsolicited warning, "Um, this is not a good area, don’t hang outside your house or walk anywhere." Sooo right from the start that made us feel uneasy the entire first night. The 3rd floor A/C box wasn’t working so that bedroom was very warm. The back door handle had a basic lock but the deadbolt lock was not working – and some of the windows didn’t lock. We all had a really bad night of sleep to sum it up. One girl got locked in the first-floor bathroom somehow and we had to jimmy the door lock open with a butter knife to save her, LOL … There were other random issues that popped up. (I’m sparing the lengthy details because I’m not trying to ream the property manager). Ultimately, we checked out of this house two days early because this was just not the right place for us and our event hotel had availability.
On a positive note, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. He came over Sunday to fix the AC box and dead bolt on the back door (thank you!) I wish the property could have worked out differently for us.
