Enjoy a one-of-a-kind stay at this exquisite villa! Located on the Gabrielino trailhead, this luxe getaway showcases fantastic vistas of the mountains and surrounding area, including a unique view of the NASA sign spectacularly lit up at night.

Outside, an outdoor oasis awaits with a private sparkling pool, a separate four-person hot tub, and a charming deck with a gas grill - a perfect perch to watch the sunset each day. Stairs at the back of the property lead down to a gate that offers direct access to the Gabrielino trail. The NASA JPL is also a 5-minute walk away.

Inside, a stunning interior showcases gothic sconces and chandeliers, distressed pine beams, and contemporary decor. Find everything you need in the gourmet kitchen to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. High-end appliances include a Viking stove and a Sub-Zero fridge.

Two well-appointed bedrooms each offer a private bathroom. The primary suite presents direct access to the backyard, while the guest suite has a small patio. A den adds even more living space, providing a fantastic spot to work remotely.

No pets are allowed on furniture.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
