Awesome CLEAN House for Families

Amazing Place

This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at in a long long time. The place was clean, neat, roomy, modern, and comfortable. If you are going to the lakes, this is a great rental!

Lovely house!

House is spacious, comfortable, and well taken care of. Plenty of places to hang out as a group, easy parking, and the hot tub is amazing. Would definitely re-book here!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the house, the property, and the location. The house was very clean and organized. Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough. Checking in and out was very easy. We loved that the place provided linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc and we didn’t have to bring or go out and buy these items. The location was perfect. We were no more than 10-15 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect relaxing family getaway

The home has plenty of space for multiple small families to stay. Very kid friendly with provided amenities, toys and books. The home has beautiful landscape around it and views of the rolling vineyards and lake right off the back porch/hot tub area. We had a wonderful stay and didn’t leave the house for other activities.

Everything about this home is lovely!! It is clean and updated. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of places to gather - we loved the wraparound porch and the smell of the grapes from the vineyards. It’s close enough to activities but still quiet and serene. We would love to come back.

Top notch get away!

Truley lovely! So much space for a large family. Extremely well thought out…providing everything we needed and more. Beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a rental. Cleanliness was superb! Beautiful home inside and out!

This house was amazing. The house was clean and very roomy. The beds were comfortable. We had nice dinners sitting at the big table in the dining room and sat out under the starry sky at nighttime enjoying our time together as a family. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they even sent us our belongings in the mail after the cleaning people found that we had left them behind. We couldn't ask for more! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for the six of us who stayed there as well as a great place to host a medium sized bridal shower, then a "small family/friend gathering (after the shower). The porch was a perfect option to having the shower outside (too rainy/wet to have the shower outside.

Amazing!

I cannot say enough positive about this property. We would absolutely stay here again. Everything was renovated and spotless. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures but to be there is the true experience. If you want a place to stay in the middle of wine country and you want peace and quiet this is your place. Short drive to downtown Erie as well. Oh and you should check out the downtown area of North East, you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at the Farmhouse was excellent! The house is full of so much charm and was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed and never once felt cramped with our party of 11. Location was fantastic and the hot tub was a hit. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!
