This lovely home is close to campus and downtown for all your weekend activities. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms , one with a private bath, while the open floor plan on the first floor has a kitchen which opens into the family room. The basement has a Penn State game room with a second TV, and a workout room to get your exercise before the game! Relax on the back deck and enjoy the yard and garden. Best of all, you can walk to the Waffle Shop for breakfast!

Very nice neighborhood that was tucked away from all of the game weekend crowds but still close enough. The house had a great family room area and many places to sleep! The back deck/porch was a huge bonus. We loved that area to hang out with friends and have coffee/breakfast in the mornings. Plenty of parking!

We came from california for our daughter's graduation. The house was perfect, with some sweet graduate touches. So thoughtful. Location is great. And even though we had rain, and couldn't use the yard, we loved the set up!
