Be lulled by the steady trade winds and turquoise water views from all 4 bedrooms. Your family and friends will enjoy Kayaking and paddle boarding, relaxing by the pool or private beach, or having a picnic in the gazebo.

We’re frequently on the island and this was hands down the best Villa we’ve stayed in. And the host was exceptional in all areas. We will definitely be using this Villa for all our future stays. The pictures did not do it justice! Amazing 10 out of 10!!!

Loved this home - spacious, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Not much of a beach area at the house but still great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Cute beach a mile or so away which we enjoyed. Daphne was great and answered all questions.

Property was beautiful and right on the water. Daphny bent over backwards to ensure our visit was perfect. I’d absolutely visit again and stay at this location!

The house itself is beautiful — very private, great pool, gorgeous views, and fun extras like kayaks and paddleboards. We loved kayaking in the lagoon and even saw turtles swimming around, which was a highlight. Be careful on the rocks, though; my husband slipped on them the first day and scratched up his back badly enough that he wore a shirt for the rest of the trip. The kitchen had most of what we needed, though only one baking sheet made cooking for a group of six tricky. Also, bring extra beach towels if you’re with more than a few people; we had six guests and only eight towels, so we were washing them every night. There’s no mid‑week cleaning or towel service.Our main disappointment was the location. The location pin on VRBO isn’t correct. but the wording in the listing is accurate that the home sits on Silly Creek Lagoon. I’m not familiar with Turks and Caicos and didn’t zoom in on the map — I just assumed the VRBO pin was accurate. The listing says one‑minute walk to the beach and appears to be in a lively area, but in reality the beach and restaurants are about a 7 minute drive, with nothing close enough to walk to. Had we known the true location, we would’ve chosen differently. Since we spent our days relaxing with music and drinks by the pool, driving out at night didn’t feel safe due to drinks, so we ended up cooking every evening. The property is lovely, but travelers should be aware of the actual distance to the beach and dining.

Our original house sold just three days before our check-in, which was incredibly disappointing & nerve-racking at first. However, Daphny’s quick responses and above and beyond effort to get us settled completely turned things around. In the end, we honestly felt the experience was even better than we could have imagined!The bay was perfect for the younger kids, and the paddle boards were amazing for both morning & afternoon treks out. The house was thoughtfully stocked with toiletries and cleaning essentials, a welcomed surprise, especially since our previous rental had required us to bring or buy our own.The location was peaceful and tucked into the bay, yet still within 15 minutes of everything we needed.We stayed for 7 days and would have happily stayed longer. We highly recommend both this home and Daphny’s outstanding hospitality

As stated in most reviews, one of the most surprising details was that there was a lot of the toiletries available at the villa (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, etc.). This was a nice addition. Daphne was excellent and quick with communication. The view is awesome, the outdoor spaces are each a new treat each day. These include the space/dock by water, both balconies on each side of the house, the pool and patio. The house was expensive for the week but at least it delivered.

Solid stay overall. A few items in the house needed to be repaired, but it has everything you need to have a great week in Turks and Caicos. *You definitely need to rent a car if you stay there.
