Great stay in Alamosa

The property was perfect for our needs. Centrally located in Alamosa and close to Great Sandunes National Park. The house is small but charming and 3 teenage boys and 2 adults fit just fine.

Comfy and cozy

Perfect place to spend the night before our trip to the Great Sand Dunes - close to downtown and River Walk. Cozy and nice all 'round.

great place to stay

everything was fine, yet the bed in the main bedroom seemed narrow. it might be a full size bed, if not it should be a queen size bed. it was small for 2 people.

This older home was OK but overpriced and could use some maintenance. Replace old scratched teflon pots, get a tea kettle and put a lamp on the bedside tables. It came up on another well known platform search which indicated the price listed included everything, but on booking went through vrbo where 3 additional charges were added.
