Great experience & wonderful owner!
This is hands down the best vrbo experience I've had! The owner was amazing and went a thousand miles beyond! The place is easy to find, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I cant say enough, it was perfect.

Mostly good
The house was comfortable and clean. The host was friendly and everything and communicated promptly. Our stay was fine, but there were a few inconvieniences. The water leaves mineral residue on everything. There was quite a buildup on the clean dishes in the dishwasher. The showers had no soap. No hairdryer in the upstairs bath. No washcloths. The coffee maker did not work properly the first day and then quit working all together. The dryer was broken. The listing included a hot tub that was not there.

Alamosa Getaway
This was such a great place to stay for our quick getaway to Alamosa! Rooms were spacious, clean, and full kitchen was optimal for meals at home. Location is also close to downtown Alamosa shops, cafes, and grocery stores. The Sand Dunes National Park is also a short drive away. I would highly recommend this location!

Home away from home.
Very comfortable. Impeccably clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice stay, close to town, but outside enough to be quiet.

Great owner and attention to detail
The owner lives close and has tried to make this a great VRBO. We got to meet her and she was very friendly and helpful. The listing was accurate and was close to the downtown area. We would stay there again.

What makes this property unique

My home is located in a quiet friendly and safe neighborhood, just a few minutes drive to Walmart, several restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. There is a small playground with a basket court down the street. The Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve is 35 miles away.

The second story allows breathtaking views of the sun setting on Mt. Blanca, causing the snow capped mountain top to appear pink. While I'm home I make sure to watch sunset every night, it's a gift and it never gets old.

FYI:
Mt. Blanca is part of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains range and is one of the longest mountain chains on Earth. They stretch from Poncha Pass, Colorado, in the north to Glorieta Pass, New Mexico, in the south. There are ten peaks over 14,000' high in the range and more than two dozen over 13,000'.
