Downtown Alamosa 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home

You will feel at home in this cozy new duplex that is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that has private areas, great neighbors, and a great location. Walking distance to downtown and a park. Our home also includes comfortable beds with a king size tempur-pedic bed in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom, double sinks and new shower heads. More information The space This property was the 4th house built in Alamosa in 1881 on 400 acres. The original home had to be torn down because of structural issues. This new home was rebuilt as an investment property, and thought this would make a perfect family vacation rental due to it's location being so conveniently located near downtown and Cole Park, where there are several great events held. This would also make a great home for individuals coming in for meetings or training since we are conveniently located close to Adams State University and the San Luis Valley Regional Medical Center. Our home is also located 2 blocks from the Rio Grande River, Rio Grande Scenic Railroad, two brewery's, one includes the Roast Craft Coffee Shop, and lots of other great restaurants and shops.

This was a great place to stay! Kevin was easy to get hold of and to work with. The unit was very well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, the appliances (including full-sized washer and dryer) all worked great, and the location was perfect: it was 2 blocks from downtown, so we were able to walk to restaurants and the very interesting local museum. Oh, and the garage is large and convenient. There is also an enclosed patio with a grill, but we didn't use it as the weather was pretty warm--maybe next time!

This place was great. Very nice set up of the kitchen and living area. There was a smaller kitchen table, which worked out great for the three of us. The washer/dryer was stocked with supplies and we used it. The bedrooms worked out for us. One King with an attached bathroom with two(!) sinks. The Queen room had the other bathroom right across the hall. We didn't use the room with the two beds but was ready in case we had more people. The fridge was a great size for us and generated a lot of ice. Perfect for our adventures. The location was perfect for us. The house is on a quiet residential street with plenty of street parking. There was also an overside garage that we put one of our cars into. We walked to dinner each night since we were so close to downtown. We had very quick responses from the host when I reached out to them before we got there. If you need to spend some time in Alamosa, this is a great choice.

Very comfortable home for the four us. Walking distance to river park trail, and town. Quiet street, friendly neighbors. Great location for the Sand Dunes, Sandhill Crane viewing, even the town of Creede. Had an 'operator malfunction' with garage door and VRBO host helped us immediately. So kind too! The house was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of towels, kitchen ware, and space. Beds were comfy. Having use of the garage was also appreciated. The house is well decorated with plenty of thoughtful extras - like tissues, shampoo, conditioner. Nothing was generic all quality products. Great area. Loved seeing the deer around. Would book this house again.
