The original garage has been converted to a family room that offers brick walls, beautiful artwork, & wood trusses for a stylish place to relax. The family room offers a luxury memory foam king mattress with all bedding included. The exterior features a fully xeroscaped yard, privacy fence, & large patio area.

This rental includes FREE admission to Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs for up to 4 guests during your entire stay. Sand Dunes Recreation is located 30 minutes north of Alamosa.
