The best advantage was that the property location was convenient to access the Anchorage People Mover bus transit system, and within walking distance (for me) to the City Market for groceries, so we got along without renting a car for our week's visit. Although a townhouse, the neighbors were quiet. The unit satisfied all the basic requirements, but the mattresses were really soft.
