Rent your own private “Compound” in the heart of beautiful Naples Florida! You have 4 beautiful unique suites. 2 duplexes, each suite has its own private screened in lanai. 3/4 of an acre of plush fully landscaped yard, gorgeous Italian Carerra marble pool and spa. This property can host large party venues such as weddings, anniversaries, graduations and on and on. Imagine booking an entire hotel to yourself for a fraction of the price. I have another property a couple blocks away, so you could have sleeping for forty guests for your special event.

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 24 in our family come and go and there was enough room for everyone. Pool was nice and everything was clean. Property is conveniently located to downtown Naples and there is a grocery store also very close.

Ammenities were poorly maitained. Broken, missing and unlevel stepping stones outside of property very unsafe. Not to mention pool was not maitained properly. Pool filter was not on most of the time we were there. She just wanted us to add chlorine to it. My grandchildren got chemical burns from too much chlorine instead of latting the filter rin because she is to cheap. Many broken items too many to list. This was the worst experience I have ever had in renting a place. Never again.

This is comical. I‘ve had 3 perfect 10s on VRBO and 25 perfect 5 star reviews on another Platform, it‘s not my lovely pool and property, it‘s You. The pool was on and heated from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm every Day. The spa was on 4:00 pm to midnight the whole time you were there. The pool was professionally serviced the day you arrived. The pool skimmer was filled with garbage, sippy cup plastic wrappers and straws, balloons, cigarette buts etc which causes the pool to not run properly. We had to replace the brand new pool filter because you were so dirty. There‘s no way your grandchildren could get chemical burns from 2 gallons of chlorine, it was not muric acid. Guests were told to stay out of pool for an hour, they obviously did not listen. There were no maintenance issues or you would have said so and you did not. There were a dozen cigarette butts that stained my new marble pool deck. No one has left my property in worse condition than you. You are no doubt the worst guests I’ve hosted in my 5 years of hosting.

Absolutely amazing!!

From the moment my family and I booked; they have been amazing! Any questions asked, and I had a lot, were answered. We had 35 people staying there and there was plenty of space for everyone. From babies, to toddler, preteens, teens, adults, and grandmas, we all had an absolute blast. Everything was clean, the house had absolutely everything needed and more. We are all already talking about going back and booking again.
