New 5 Bed 2 Bath near Syracuse University and Downtown with Plenty of Parking

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Spacious home. Located near Syracuse University & Downtown Syracuse with nearby parks, walking trails, convenience stores & restaurants. There’s an enclosed balcony on the second floor connected to the master bedroom and a spacious porch downstairs. The spacious kitchen has everything you need and it overlooks the dining area that can sit 6-8 guests. Enjoy cool summers with central air and ceiling fans in each room. BASEMENT- Guests need a special code to access the washer and dryer that are located in the basement. The door to the basement is in the kitchen to the left of the stove.

1ST FLOOR- kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom #1, full bathroom #1 and enclosed porch. Bathroom #1 has a shower and is located between the dining room & kitchen, room #1 has a queen bed and has two doors, one from the entry foyer and the other from the living room. Extra paper towels are located in the cabinet to the left of the refrigerator.

2ND FLOOR- master bedroom #2, bedroom #3, bedroom #4, bedroom #5 bathroom #2. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has an attached enclosed patio. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 have queen beds. Every room has its own remote that controls the light & ceiling fan. Bathroom #2 has an LED Light Anti-Fog Mirror. Extra Towels & Linens are located in the Hallway Closet. Extra Toilet paper is located under the sink in Bathroom #2.

Our stay at "Buckingham Palace" was terrific. The location not too far from SU campus was great, as was the house itself. The bed was comfy and the toiletries in the bathroom were very much appreciated. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is updated and very nicely appointed. Rayssa, the home owner, is lovely and answered communications quickly! Would be happy to stay there, again : )

The neighborhood is quiet and there are many good restaurants nearby. The house was clean and well furnished for our needs. Check in and check out process were quick and easy. The host was responsive to questions and friendly. The house had lots of smart technology that might be confusing for some guests but overall we loved our stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Our annual Syracuse trip from Ottawa

We stayed this past weekend at this property with our adult children and their spouses to watch a Syracuse football game and enjoy a weekend away together. The place was great because it was centrally located, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful and well supplied. We all loved it!

Perfect place for Syracuse University visit

I booked this for our 8 person family to visit the university and attend an SU football game. The location was perfect! The house was as advertised. Very comfortable living room, a large dining room table, and a gorgeous remodeled kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cuse!

Our nephew’s wedding at Syracuse University Chapel

Absolutely perfect place for our family to stay for the wedding. The house was sparking clean and very well equipped with everything we could want nestled in a charming neighborhood. We walked to the co-op and the bakery (yum). If we have another family event in Syracuse we will be sure to book Buckingham Palace again.

This is not a place to stay with older people. Stairs are bad. Was not that clean. Bathroom upstairs was a mess. Trash under beds. Hard to get to outlets in bedrooms. No laundry as stated.

Our listing clearly states the home includes stairs and isn’t advertised as handicap accessible. Unfortunately, these guests were unpleasant to host and caused intentional damage to furniture, which we repaired before the next guest arrived. The home was thoroughly cleaned and fully stocked before check-in, with plenty of outlets (including charging outlets on dressers) and a washer and dryer in the basement as listed.

Stay for family event

The house was clean and in a quiet area. The kitchen offered a nice tea and coffee area. The house had been nicely renovated although the beds were positioned against walls which was limiting. There was limited AC upstairs so would not be ideal on hot summer night. Overall, it was as advertised and comfortable.

This was our second stay at this property. Unfortunately when we got to the home we found out that one of the two toilets did not work. They offered to try and find us another place but it was too inconvenient. They did give us a small refund but with five people staying in the home it certainly was not ideal.

Birthday weekend & mini reunion

Buckingham Palace was the perfect spot for me and three friends to have a girls weekend in Syracuse, where our friendship started. We had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is divine and fully stocked with appliances to make in-house meals fun and easy. We went to an SU basketball game and proximity to campus is perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. There was an unexpected maintenance issue and the host responded quickly and communicated well. Thank you for helping this group of 'Cuse alumnae have a lovely weekend! Go Orange!

Perfect introduction to Syracuse

We brought our son for his freshman year at Syracuse U. and had several days in town to explore while he was on an orientation trip. The location of the house was perfect - walkable to the university, parks and neighborhood restaurants; on a lovely, quiet, pedestrian-friendly street just off the beaten path of college rental houses. The house itself was as described, very comfortable and more than enough space for me, my husband and grown daughter. Rayssa was very accommodating and responsive to communication. We had a great time - will be back and would love to stay here again! Note: if you plan to come and think you'll go to Pastabilities, make a reservation over a month in advance, or call to get on the day-of waitlist right at 4 pm! Fortunately, other great food options right in the neighborhood.
