Completely remodeled Original 1910 home with all the Chico style! You're going to love the attention to detail including the beautiful touches on this remodel with a rustic farmhouse decor! Great location close to downtown and walkable to Bidwell park! Once you arrive you may not need to drive your entire stay!

This is a newly remodeled home! We completely gutted the property and redid EVERYTHING! It's full of love and care as my husband and father did 90% of all the work.
