It is a single level unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a new fireplace, a balcony with white water, ocean views, a fully stocked coffee bar, new mattresses and updated furniture. You will have access to three pools, jacuzzi’s, the on-site restaurant and bar, and easy beach access. Seascape golf course is only a few blocks away and Monterey, Big Sur, Capitola and Carmel is a short drive away.

Beautiful condo beach view

I have stayed at Seascape many times and this property was one of the best. Beautifully decorated with comfy beds (including the sofa bed which was so comfortable to sleep on). The view was gorgeous and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!!

What a Great Place

The view of the beach is amazing. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The host has provided so many things, even deck chairs for the beach. Thanks John and Lisa.

This was our seventh stay at Seascape and this condo was the best so far! The location and views of the ocean were incredible. The furniture and finishes were top notch, and there were so many helpful items (chairs, umbrella, extra toiletries, well stocked coffee bar). Thank you for an amazing stay! Highly recc.

We spend four peaceful and relaxing days at this excellent Seascape Condo rental. Great ocean view from the living room and wraparound balcony. Exactly as described. To top it off the weather was gorgeous during our early December stay. We have been doing rental properties up and down the California coast for the last 40 years and this was definitively in the top five. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was clean. The condo had everything we needed, plus more! We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, toys, and towels. The owners provided a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in. The location was great, and we loved the ocean view from our balcony.

Wonderful

Lisa and John have made this condo very nice. Good view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. We only had 3 but would be comfortable for a group of 4 to 6. Beds, pillows, and linens were exceptional. I cannot think of a single thing we needed that was not provided. Property was very clean and ready for us. Parking is right outside your door and also one of the 3 pools. Very easy to get to and very close to the Freeway, Santa Cruz, the Boardwalk, and Wharf. I have my own VRBO and know what it takes to provide a place like this. I don't know Lisa and John, but they have went all out on this condo. Don't miss this one!

Christmas at Aptos

So glad we booked this place! I have stayed several times at Seascape through their website. This was the first through VRBO. you still have access to the pool and the hot tub. The only thing that we found out we did not have access to was reserving a bonfire event because it’s considered a private home,if you don’t care about doing that then there’s not a problem. Now let me tell you about this beautiful, comfortable and CLEAN home. The view! Wow! The big sliding door that lets you hear the sounds of the ocean. We could hear it in the master bedroom. Our family of 6 stayed here comfortably. Both beds were so comfortable, soft clean bedding with plenty of pillows. Shower had perfect water pressure and plenty of hot water. Their was a closet filled with beach chairs, toys, and beach towels. The kitchen was centrally located and open to the living room and dining table. We had our Christmas dinner there and I was able to prepare, and serve with no problem. The youngest of the group got the best room in the house the living room. With a beautiful fireplace and the ocean view. The house was stocked with things that you might need. One of the best perks was 3 different coffee making options! My husband is a die hard coffee pot drinker and I enjoy a French press. The house also had a Nespresso machine. Thank you for opening up your home to us and letting us celebrate the holidays in Aptos!
