Gorgeous Brick Estate home in charming York Harbor consisting of just under 8000 square feet of space. 2nd season rented. Nestled on a private wooded lot that is a short walk (3/10 mile) to York Harbor Beach and all that York Maine has to offer. 8 Bedrooms and 8.5 Bathrooms that sleeps 27 People comfortably includes 2 full kitchens, 2 family rooms and a Livingroom allowing the entire group to have plenty of space to spread out. 4 King beds, 2 queen beds, 15 twin beds make it wonderful for a family retreat. Bed Linens and bath and Beach towels available along with newly appointed furniture throughout. The outdoor space includes a use of a gas grill, fire pit with chairs and bocce court along with plenty of green space to enjoy the outdoors. We provide Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas to ease the use of the beach as well. Come experience Maine at its best. 7 Day minimum rental required. Saturday to Saturday stay highly preferred. ***Ask us about an additional Bedroom on the Main Level with walk in shower steps from the Kitchen (for an additional fee)!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip beds of dirty linens and place linens on the floor please wash all used towels in the laundry machine on the 2nd & 1st floors Remove all trash and recycling and bring to the exterior barrels
Place dirty dishes in dishwasher run Return all bocce balls to holder Cover patio couch and padded chairs Clean Grill and cover Return clean beach towels, chairs, umbrellas & toys to bsmt hallway
Move furniture to its original place Check closets and drawer Close table umbrellas Turn off the lights &appliances close and lock windows Close and lock all exterior doors (DO NOT LOCK STORM DOORS)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I cannot say enough about how perfect this home and its location was. We had a phenomenal experience, and Gerald was beyond helpful and accommodating. The town of York, the beach access, the bocce court and backyard made our stay phenomenal. We can’t wait to go back again! 14 out of 14 in our family (aged 75-2 years old) highly recommend!

Perfect vacation house!

This is a perfect home for vacationing with family. The owners have made sure everything you could possibly need is provided. House was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Lots of activities for teenagers; the bocce ball court was a favorite for both teenagers and adults. If you’re thinking of vacationing in York, contact Gerard and Katie. You will love staying at their home.

Highly recommend this property! It is a beautiful house inside and out. With two full kitchens (and 4 refrigerators) there is plenty of room for lots of food and cooking. It is close to the beach (we walked there) yet when sitting on the back patio it is secluded and quiet. The property manager is very responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire rental process. We would love to go back to this house in the future.

Spacious home in a lovely quiet neighborhood

Great location and well suited for families. The house is walking distance to a local beach and there was also ample room for cooking with 2 separate kitchens. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our group of 16 had a wonderful stay. The property exceeded our expectations and the owners were excellent in communicating before and during our stay as needed. The location, privacy, and amenities are superb. Highly recommend for large groups with varying ages!

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this house over Thanksgiving and all of us, young and old, had a wonderful time. The house is very large with 2 full kitchens, one in the basement level and one on the first floor, perfect for cooking large meals for the holiday. My grandchildren loved playing in the bonus loft area above the family room. Great communication with the property manager as well!

Great Home in York

Super nice large home in York! Great for our big family with 2 kitchens and 8 bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the basement that had a pool table and foosball table and TV watching area. Property is isolated which provides plenty of privacy but is within 10 minutes of York Harbor beach. Property owner was great to work with. Highly recommend this home!

Amenities Loaded!

Wonderful stay for our large group of 4 generations! Serene and quiet, private location-we walked every day! Beach at the bottom of the street, other beaches super close and the boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas as well as beach towels saved on packing! Dining everywhere-takeout from all!- but we loved the giant new grill on property as well as the 4 refrigerators and so many separate areas of living. Double washing machines, dishwashers all helped on a full week stay. Management is also very attentive and fantastic at communication! We will definitely come back as we loved our stay!

We loved our stay with our children and grandchildren at this wonderful house. Gerard sent us welcome and departure details that made check-in and -out a breeze. The house was spotlessly clean. While it was very well-equipped, it was also uncluttered and spacious. There were two full kitchens, two washers and dryers, lots of bathrooms, and ample common spaces. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool table and foosball game. Outside were a bocce court, a fire pit area (wood provided), a grill and seating area, and lots of space for the children to play. The house is 3 tenths of a mile from a great beach. The family found it an easy walk. It was nice to have high-quality beach gear (towels, boards, chairs, etc.) provided along the house's entry hall. When I occasionally had a question and texted Gerard, he always got back to me promptly and cordially. I can't imagine anyone not enjoying a stay at this great property. Thank you, Gerard!
