The place was vey clean! Horizon Ridge has great mountain views, beautiful sunrises, and amazing stargazing. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating - the down stairs bed is so hard, it’s like sleeping on a cardboard box & you guys need a few more larger mixing bowls, there is only one.

Amazing views, peaceful and fun nearby!

We enjoyed our stay. The place had amazing views and was very comfy. We saw live music in Alma and did many hikes. We hiked Beaver Creek Trail and Limber Grove trail, the bottom of Mt. Sherman. Pennsylvania Mtn is at the end of the road. The beds were comfy and there is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. There's also a cute coffee bar. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful & Comfortable Cabin

We had a wonderful time at Horizon Ridge! Beautiful views and the cabin felt like home. Super comfortable beds and my husband now wants a reclining sofa! I loved that the kitchen had everything you could need and my boys had a blast working on the puzzles!

This cabin stay was amazing, exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful mountain views, near 2 great hiking trailheads, clean, provided everything you would need, property manager checked in just the right amount, closed in deck great for the dogs and to watch the stars at night! Amazing Horizon Ridge Retreat!

My husband and I’s second time here, and that should be telling! Best part(s) are the absolutely AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL mountain views, walking distance to some amazing hiking trailheads, pet-friendly for our rescue dogs, clean and EXCELLENT communication and responsiveness by the rental company! Horizon Ridge Getaway

The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location struck the perfect balance—remote enough to feel like you’re in your own private oasis, yet close enough to civilization to feel secure. One of the highlights was being able to walk to the Pika Trail right from the house, which was absolutely delightful. Five stars! We will definitely be back!

Firstly, the photos do this place no justice. We were absolutely stunned. It was so beautiful and there were so many cute touches. We had everything we needed while we were there and really enjoyed our time. We were already talking about returning before we left.

Amazing Views, Home & Accessibility

Horizon Ridge Retreat had everything that you could ask for when heading to the mountains for the weekend. The house is fully stocked with anything you need for entertainment and putting together a nice dinner for yourself and any guests. The views from the balcony every morning before heading to Breckenridge to ski are too epic to describe! Can't wait to come back again soon.

WHAT A VIEW

Amazing property and set up. All you need is at the house. My only complaint would be the road to the place is a beast. I couldn't imagine it in the snow. All other is amazing - felt like a luxury

Amazing

This house was perfect in so many ways. To start the layout for a family or a small group of friends is absolutely perfect. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable. The view cannot be beat. The location is a perfect proximity to getting a ski vacation, but also getting away from all the hustle and bustle that Breckenridge brings. I cannot wait to go back!

View from the top!

This house is very spacious and beautiful! The views are priceless. We felt very at home and cozy on the top of a mountain. I could not recommend this rental more. Go and see for yourself, you won't regret it!

Serenity Found In the Mountains

This mountain house was absolutely stunning. The scenery was breathtaking, with towering trees and majestic mountain views from the deck and living area. The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, and warm, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Amenities were top notch from the coffee bar, bedding and linens. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Location was ideal for hiking, snowshoeing, skiing 40 minutes away or just taking in the views. If you are looking for the perfect getaway either by yourself, as a couple or with your family I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in nature. I will for sure be visiting the property again.

Mountain getaway

We were looking for an out of the way place to spend a week and we found it. The size was more than we needed for the 2 of us but it is a fantastic layout for either multiple couples(3) of a large family. The house was very clean. The check in and out was a breeze with good communication. We are from Florida(sea level) so acclimatizing to 11,500’ took a day or so but the amenities of the house and the views made it a breeze to relax inside for the day. Highly recommend this house. the house.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We had a very enjoyable time at Horizon Ridge over the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday (Wed-Sun). We had 5 adults and a pet (dog). House was very comfortable and as advertised - kitchen well stocked for us to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Very good communication with Property Manager (only issue was downstairs gas fireplace not working). Views are outstanding as is the neighborhood (Valley of the Sun). We would definitely return and would highly recommend this property.
