We played golf at Lawsonia and this was a convenient place to stay for that.

great spot for family with kids. there were a few things in kitchen serm to have been missed by housekeeping (old grounds in coffee pot, damp sheets in dryer). also drier auto semsor did not turn off, timer did).Nice outdoor area, bedrooms and bath clean and comfy nice living room and eating area. would definitely stay again.

Jessie Lynn was great to work with in booking the property. She was very responsive. The property is as described. Fishing from the dock was really good. The lake is more shallow than what topographic maps show by about a foot. The deepest part of the lake is five feet. We rented a pontoon from Johnson’s who was also great to work with. The lake is really shallow and difficult to navigate a pontoon to the vegetation where the fish were. We caught 98% of our fish in the channel near the house. The house is peaceful and sits at the end of a cul du sac on Katie Lane. We enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Friends Weekend

My friends and I had the perfect weekend away at the Lake Puckaway Retreat. The exterior needs a little TLC, but the house had been nicely updated and was extremely clean. We appreciated the five sleeping spaces and three bathrooms. There was plenty of room for the nine of us to spread out. We spent a lot of time down on the dock and hanging out on the screened-in porch. The host was communicative and responsive before, during, and after our stay. If you are planning a summertime visit, be sure to check out The Ice Bowl in Princeton!
