The place was clean and accurately described in the listing. The host was very responsive and quick to get back to us when we needed assistance with registration, which we appreciated.The only suggestion would be to provide a few more basic essentials, such as paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. We were only left with one of each and ended up having to make a trip to the store to purchase more. We didn't mind picking up a few things, but it would have been nice to have enough supplies for our stay, especially since we ended up leaving the extras for the next guests.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host's responsiveness!

Great location for a stay in Hollywood. Easy to walk to grocery store and restaurants, a quick uber ride to the Broadwalk. The property was clean and modern, the view incredible and the unit had all that was required to cook during our stay.

The VRBO itself and the amenities provided such as the pool and private beach were very nice. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the condo. When we arrived the bedsheets had very clearly not been washed as they had crumbs and hair still on them and all the towels had noticeable stains on them. Based on other reviews it seems like this was a one off thing and if the place had been cleaner it would have gotten 5 stars but unfortunately it was dirty enough that I have to write a review.

Great spot!

We were right on the beach and the listing is perfectly accurate. Great view, great beach access and great pool! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 4-10 and the apartment suites our need very well. Super clean and spacious, we were very comfortable and happy. Thanks for having us!

Lovely apartment and well appointed with everything we needed. The views were amazing and faced the ocean. We really enjoyed the food and bakery at the Argentine cafe across the street. Parking is quite expensive though at $30/day.

Beautiful Condo with Pool & Beach Access

We had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, well appointed for a family, 3 beds, a large pool, and a large private beach. The owner and property manager were very helpful and communicative. The bathroom shower could use a little work, but otherwise it was a great experience - highly recommend!

Great location!

My top 3 requirements for booking a property are beach, pool and view. This property met all of these requirements. 5 min Urber drive to the Hollywood boardwalk. Overall a very good property and would recommend.
